So overall, All American Pizza gets a lot of stars. Mainly because the food, for my family, is always hot, fresh, and exactly the way I ordered it. I’ve never, not once, had an order that was wrong. The service, well, sometimes they are slammed and seem like they’ve had all they can take of us. On game nights especially. They still go through all the prompts, suck it up and we walk out with our order. Atmosphere? I mean we call in the order, go in and tell them your there to pick up your order, they bring your order and leave. They do that well. Overall, its a great place for good pizza and if you like chicken wings I haven’t found any better. Its easy, its good, and its timely. You can’t go wrong.

I ordered a bbq chicken pizza via DoorDash. I have had all American plenty of times and enjoyed it. This time, ruined it. I ordered a thin crust with extra sauce. What I got? A pizza drowning in bbq sauce, and when I picked up a slice-everything fell off leaving me nothing but heartbroken and holding crust. If you can’t make the pizza, don’t offer it. If you can, great, I’d really love to enjoy one! Because that certainly was not the expectation I have going to this establishment. Man, I hate complaining but if this is a constant, word has to get out.

Maybe there’s something wrong with the online ordering system. If i simply select ‘no mushrooms’ for my pizza, the mushrooms are still added. But if note it in specials instructions in 3 different places all over the order, THEN my pizza comes with no mushrooms. Or… is it a problem with the people working there just not having good reading comprehension and it takes seeing “no mushrooms” in multiple places on the ticket before they realize ‘hey, i probably shouldn’t put mushrooms on this pizza!’

This very nice gentlemen helped me order my pizza while i was waiting this very rude white customer comes in complaining that he had been on hold for a while yet the gentlemen respectfully told him to continue to hold on the phone and when he comes in he was yelling at the gentlemen trying to check him out but he kept talking over him being very rude saying he knew the manager and would call him. Finally he refused service to him and he left. The worker was very respectful and never was rude or raised his voice at the customer. Mind you its only two people tonight two days before thanksgiving. This worker deserves a raise or something.

Normally, I do not do pizza because of the dairy, but this is the first pizza that has not upset my stomach not only does it taste great but it’s well-made and at a decent price. I recommend this pizza anytime to anyone the fact that we can get two large pizzas and a drink for under 20 bucks is completely worth it Only thing I wish I had is a dining area where we can sit down and have a meal in there, but it’s not a big deal for us. We love being able to take it home and have a movie with it. The employees there are always kind and willing to help out When you’re having a hard time deciding go check them out they’re amazing.

I got a half cheese, half pepperoni pizza. I’m not sure if they just didn’t look at the pizza before putting it in the box, but the kids that had to eat the cheese half didn’t eat it because there was just a big bubble on that side. Not cool. Wasted my money here.
