I placed several orders through my mobile phone. In my order, I requested a Whopper with almost all the expected toppings, like onions, tomatoes, and pickles. I ordered large fries without a soft drink. I went to pick it up and had to wait a few minutes before they finally called my order. I collected my food and drove back home. When I opened it, I realized it was cold. It’s worth mentioning that it didn’t take me long to get home. But that wasn’t the worst part: the mayonnaise and ketchup had spilled all over it. I assumed it was just a splash, and I didn’t really care, but it was a mess. Checking my fries, I discovered they were unsalted, very cold, and raw, so I had to cook them until they were edible. At first, they were so raw they barely had any flavor. After that, I started eating, and after a short while, I realized they had given me way too many pickles—more than usual. I opened my burger and saw they’d even put more than four slices of tomato on it—huge chunks. The pickle and tomato gave the burger a sour taste, which I don’t like. And then there were the fries. Like I mentioned before, I ordered large fries, right? Instead, they gave me small fries; the little box they give you with the fries was almost empty. It was like I’d ordered a small portion. It wasn’t my first time there; I went the other day and ordered the exact same thing, but this time I stayed for the meal. I sat down and saw that the table was a bit messy and the seats were dirty too. There weren’t many people, or maybe it was just that day, but it was pretty good. They took longer to prepare my food than when I ordered through the app, which annoyed me a little. Overall, I’d give ordering through the app a 1/5 and eating in the restaurant a 3/5.

I have been in this Burger King many times before and I was let down. My daughter just got out of the hospital and we stopped and got something to eat. Everything was hot and fresh. The people were amazing. I think things are turning around up there. I’m very happy. Good job crew. You guys did awesome today. Keep up the good work and make that Burger King Amazing!!

Thursday, July 24, 2025, 10:22 pm, my wife and I ordered two (2) BBQ Brisket Whoppers (sandwich only) via drive-thru…wife wanted to try one because it looked appetizing and appealing in the commercials. We paid and drove home to eat them. Wife unwrapped hers, opened up the burger and we couldn’t believe the amount of brisket in her sandwich (if it was even brisket). It looked like about a teaspoon, or less! My sandwich was the same way. We looked at each other in utter disbelief. We were the only customers at that time. If they didn’t have any brisket, they should told us instead of pulling this crap! I had meant to stop by BK while running my morning errands but forgot to take my sandwich, which I refused to eat. Wife ate hers because it was late and she was hungry. Anyway, this will be my final BK visit ever, and I mean any BK location. I own and operate a local family dining restaurant and I know these local fast food chains are run by uncaring managers and even less uncaring teenage employees. A WARNING TO OTHERS: Avoid this BK location!

Most experiences here have been bad. Most times I get my order with something missing or not what I ordered. Wait time at the speaker, even with no cars in line, over 5 mins! Drinks taste like pure carbonated water.

The only reason I gave 1 star was there wasn’t a zero star option. 10 people eating and 4 employees standing around talking. We were the only ones to be waited on and it took 5 minutes before someone came to take our order. I actually timed it. The only reason we waited so long was because I wanted to see how long it would take for someone to take the order. I couldn’t believe we were asked to wait with so many people standing around.

We went to redeem our kids free meals and the manager and crew were exceptional! It was early evening (receipt states 7/15 @6:30 p.m.) I didn’t get names, but everyone made us feel very welcomed and were great to answer questions we had about the menu.
The only challenge were some flies bothering us, but over all it was a cool and clean environment.
We will definitely be back to visit this location. This type of customer service is top tier and very rare. Great job BK in Hereford!
