Love the atmosphere & food here. Weekends are crowded and lively with karaoke all night. I see a lot of Birthday celebrations are held here. Alcohol are served here which is a big kicker!

French Vietnamese. Dishes range about $15-20. Always enjoyed anything we’ve got. We enjoy the outdoor patio. I brought my laptop today, to work. Freeway is loud, but they can’t control that.

Beautiful indoor and outdoor space.
Delicious breakfast and brunch dishes, wide range of food- Vietnamese and French inspired dishes.
They have a good in house coffee and other soft drinks.

The customer service here needs improvement. The lady at the counter was focused on her phone and didn’t notice that customers had entered and seated themselves. When we asked for the menu, she was still holding her phone and seemed distracted.
Management should provide better training to ensure staff are attentive and courteous to customers.

Food here was incredibly mid. I got the Com Ga QUAY Da Don, fried rice with chicken dish and the chicken was pretty dry. The fried rice was just ok. The sauce was too sweet. There’s a lot of seating inside and outside.

We go here every other Sunday for lunch and listen to live Vietnamese music performances. The food is very good here. The outdoor area is large and airy. Nice and relaxing to eat and enjoy the OC weather.

Not sure if this place changed names. We didn’t eat here. We wanted boba and this place looked good online. Went to this address and it had a different name.
We ordered our milk tea drinks to go. The jasmine milk tea and the matcha milk tea were heavy on the tea flavors which is great. Some other places are just weak tea with a lot of milk. The bobas were a disappointment though as they are probably old because they were hard on the inside. So I recommend getting the milk teas without the bobas.

The setting for both indoors and outdoors are beautiful so it got an extra star from me. Love all the little flowers in bud vases. I ordered a ham cold cut and pate but it was average. The portion is small. They really need to improve the taste of cafe mocha, it tasted almost like sugar dissolved in water and nothing else was in it.

Pretty good to eat here, but the coffee may disappoint you a little bit if you are a fan of coffee. The place is really nice and peaceful. The owner/manager/staff are really nice, polite and friendly. I would recommend this place for my friends, but I hope they improve the coffee a little bit.
