I am very dissatisfied with the roasted turkey breast I purchased for Thanksgiving at your Stockbridge store on 11/26/25. Upon preparing the turkey, I found it was undercooked and had pink spots throughout, which made it unsafe to serve to my guests. As a result, I was unable to share this meat on Thanksgiving, and this affected our celebration significantly. Given the price of the product, I expected higher quality and safety standards from this expensive store. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this location to anyone. Don’t waste your time or dollars!

Brashaun has the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE. He was knowledgeable about the menu. It was my first time coming in so recommended the cheddar turkey sliders, they were delicious. It was completely empty when I went in and I almost left. I am glad I stayed cause he was an absolute delight

I had an issue with a turkey breast I ordered for Christmas. So, I decided to complete the online survey, not expecting to hear anything, which seems to be the industry standard.
However, this time I was happily surprised to get a call from the store manager, Mitchell wanting to make things right!
It’s refreshing to encounter a company with great customer service and a wonderful management team who truly wants to make their customers happy.
On a side note, their pick up process is very efficient especially when you pay online.

I picked up my ham today from the Stockbridge location. I had a wonderful experience. Everyone was very nice and greeted me when I got there. I was 3rd in line and in and out in about 5 minutes. I haven’t purchased a Honey Baked ham the past 4 years because of the cost. I saved up for one this year. No turkey this year just ham. Im so excited to serve this for Thanksgiving!

Arrived at this location only to find it closed, with a sign posted that they are no longer open on Sunday. As I’m sitting here enjoying my lunch from the business next door 5 other potential customers arrive in less than 60 minutes .

This was by far the absolute WORST experience I’ve ever encountered at this location. I order a turkey every year and they have a process. I expect to wait with the holiday but this time it was 2 hours. I prepaid online and scheduled a pick up time. I arrived and the line was literally in the street and the traffic in the parking lot was out of control. Not only was the process a nightmare it was 2 separate lines. One was for customers who prepaid and the other was for walk-ins. This business needs to call Chick-fil-A and BEG them for help on how to coordinate a line because everyone inside was clueless. Everyone was complaining and breaking in line. I’m surprised a fight didn’t break out with all the chaos going on. I will NEVER return to this incompetent location.

This was my first and last time at this location. I got a chicken salad sandwich and it was disgusting. I had to throw some of it in the trash. I always get the chicken salad sandwich from the Fayetteville location. I have always eaten all of it and wanting more, but definitely not today. The sandwich was nasty and didn’t taste like chicken salad. I will never go to this location again. This was very disappointing because I was using my birthday reward from them. It was a waste of my time driving here.

Anytime I’ve been in there and I’ve been going there since they open in Stockbridge Honey baked ham but Alexis on 12/01/ 2025. Her attitude sucks you just ask her a question she just mad at the world I never been to a honey Baked ham to this honeybaked ham and everybody happy except for her, so someone need to talk to her or It’s plenty of people out there that need a job that want a job ain’t nothing wrong with being nice to people.smh.

Customer service was fabulous. Sandwiches was delicious. The cashier even gave me a loyal punch card(purchase 10 sandwiches and get 1 free). I definitely recommend Stockbridge location. This would my 2nd time eating at honey baked ham. The first location was at the Locust Grove location. I like the Stockbridge location better.

If you think Honey baked Ham and turkey is good, then you’re going to love it on a sandwich! The place is very clean, friendly and inviting environment. The sandwiches were delicious and I really enjoyed the bread!
