Coupon says at participating locations, but no locations in lancaster accept them. But im sent them in my lancaster address, odd.

Tried at least 4 times to order through the app in order to get the online special. Would not work! Told them at the store and they refused to honor the online deal. Very poor customer service.

I wanted to notice a male employee with a beard and a smile, it was a Sunday night at 8pm. I told him I’ve noticed him a few times giving some friendly details about the menu and sandwiches. I noticed him doing it for myself and others and told him I appreciate that little extra he gives.
Service at all subways I’ve been to has been fairly good quality of food and service but I wanted to take a minute to thank the gentleman that’s doing that little bit extra. Hopefully this pat on the back finds him well, thank you sir!

My wife and I walked into this subway, were the only people in line, and wasn’t even looked at or acknowledged for 5 minutes while all 3 employees took their sweet time working on 2 pick up orders. Once they finally asked us what we wanted, they went SO slow it felt intentional. They under toasted both of our sandwiches, actual cold chicken and steak, not just lukewarm. Overall just nasty sandwiches. Not only did we not feel welcomed, we felt like it was personal. Whatever crew is working at 5pm on a Wednesday needs talked to lol

I’ve been coming to this subway for years. I wont go to my local ones. I go out of my way to come to e. Main. The employees are always on point. Ask and offer extra things like cutting or wrapping separate. Never give a side eye if you ask for more condiments or veggies. You can give them your whole order and they remember it. And they’re never out of my favorite bread. Really this location should get more attention than it does. Thank you guys for being so great!

Subs were made incorrectly. I asked for no tomatoes had 12 tomatoes on it and had mayonnaise and oil instead of peppercorn ranch on my chicken bacon. Husband had asked for no onions on his and had 20 plus onions on his and had peppercorn ranch on the beast. Worst food ever. My bun was supposed to be toasted and with the sloppy drenched condiments it was soggy and gross. Will not be coming back. Very disappointed.

Made an online order to pick up in store. Ordered 6 12’ subs drove to store on East Main st. Which is my location pick up since I live close. Got home and 3 of the meatball subs I ordered had burnt meatballs. I call the store since the app gives you no option to review your order. The women who answered the phone was rude and kept saying I had to of got my order from another store I assured her I did not even explained that there was an interview going on when I had walked in to pick up my food she was nasty and said no then that was not this store don’t know why she was lying worst costumer service ever! I have recipes and my online app that shows time and day and the store location how much more proof can you have! I will not be going back to this subway again just hope that other stores have better customer service.
