We ordered the picanha with fries. It was a decent size and flavor for $13. It was soft and red so make sure you specify the term you want. They made it very fast, we barely had to wait. I was not happy about the fries though. They were $6.50 and they tasted very oily. I’m pretty sure they haven’t changed their oil in a while. We tried them and they had a nice crunch but we couldn’t eat them because of the strong oil flavor.

Unfortunately, my experience at this restaurant was a huge disappointment. Despite having high expectations, we were consistently neglected by the staff. Orders were slow to arrive, and it took an inordinate amount of time to get anyone’s attention.
NEVER GOT FOOD after 1.5 hrs and just left.
Perhaps additional training or staffing adjustments could improve the experience. Until then, it’s a shame, given the potential of the establishment.

This place at the miami book fair 2025 Sunday November 23, we ordered the parrilla Picasa and paid $33 for 4 tiny pieces of beef, 2 tiny chorizo, tiny queso frito, 3 very small tostones. This is ridiculous. And the girl taking the order was so rude.

We visited the Christmas Wonderland with my family hoping to enjoy a nice time together and some good food. Unfortunately, we made the mistake of eating at Picaña Grill. First, our food took an incredibly long time to come out. Then, they gave our order to someone else, meaning they had to remake it — which also took far too long.
The staff member didn’t apologize, didn’t try to speed things up, and didn’t offer a refund or any attempt to make things right. After all of that, we ended up waiting about 45 minutes for a very mediocre smash burger.
Overall, it was a disappointing experience, and we wouldn’t recommend this place.

Restaurant and food are good but BE AWARE they charge you 20% service charge (we were just a couple not a group!) and there is no advise of it before ordering!! Bad practice!!

Wife showed me this place and will say it didn’t disappoint. La Picaña was beyond perfect, well seasoned, the queso frito was thin sliced piece of heaven… The picaña arepa was incredible….we will be back again
