My husband and I havent had fugi in a while being that the jesup location closed a long time ago. We were so excited to get some today. If you are thinking this is the same.. its not. My steak tasted like rotten meat. It was awful. Worst I think I have ever had.

Got the steak and shrimp plate. The steak tasted fine wasn’t until I ate a couple of shrimp and some of the rice that it didn’t taste right. About 30 mins to an hour after eating I became sick as sick could be. Definitely won’t be ordering here anymore!

Extremely disappointed in the quality of this food. The rice is so bland, and the only vegetables offered on the plate are zucchini, onions and carrots( big BLAND carrots). Me and my husband haven’t ate here in forever and would have rather spent our $38 somewhere else. We were hoping for similar quality food like you receive at the Blackshear Fujis.

I’m normally not one to complain, but the service me and my husband received was very poor. The blonde cashier took our order, everything we had asked for she said they did not serve, items that we were reading off THEIR menu. My husband ordered sushi, she told us they couldn’t serve any sushi. So we proceeded to order, paid for our food and sat down. The customer after us ordered sushi rolls, paid and sat down after a little while later got their sushi. I hate complaining but we definitely will not be back after the experience we had.

I don’t know what happened. We usually love this place but the past couple of times it wasn’t good. The sauce taste different, carrots were raw, rice wasn’t mixed up good and the broccoli was normally a little hard but seems like it was completely raw.

What has happened, you get plenty of rice or noodles and veggies, but about a 1/2 of cup of cut up meat of choice, then when server brought food we were missing 1 plate and I reckon the Asian lady, owner or manager heard and came over to investigate and she went to looking between our kids and us, even under the table for a missing plate that was nerver brought to us, even after the server that works there told her it wasn’t ever giving to her to take to us. Then even after finally getting us our plate she continued harassing the employee about the issue and even walking by our table 2 more times to count our plates we had. Customer service is really lacking at this location.
