Prolly the single worse Starbucks experience I’ve had. Place was a bit busy at 3:30 on a Sunday afternoon, 11/9/25, so I was prepared for a bit of a wait. However it too 20 minutes to get a cold mocha that was so wrong I threw it out! I asked for a cold venti mocha with only two mocha pumps……what I got was semi hot and must have had “a thousand pumps” that it tasted like chocolate syrup. And I ordered a blueberry muffin. First a bit about the “atmosphere”, the store music was so loud I couldn’t hear the cashier dude when I was ordering….he spoke soooooooo soft I had no idea if we were communicating. The staff would make stuff and “whisper” a name and set the item on the counter with the name facing them and not the customer . Apparently, my muffin got heated pitched on the counter and whispered my name. Didn’t know that until it was almost cold. So luck cold muffin and luke warm iced coffee…….20 minutes after the order. Very likely my last Starbucks visit. Y’all did me in.

Awful experience
I never go to Starbucks, but my youngest granddaughter and I were on our way to St. Louis earlier today and decided to make a pit stop in Lincoln. The gentleman who took our order was not very pleasant and that didn’t change when we got to the window. He proceeded to rush us, very often interrupting my granddaughter, and ended up charging us for a drink we didn’t even order. Very disappointed with the service, but our drinks were good. Will not come back to this location if all the staff treat their customers like that.

This Starbucks in Lincoln is a pleasant and welcoming spot with friendly service and a clean comfortable atmosphere. The drinks are prepared well and the staff works quickly even when there is a line. The seating area is nice for relaxing or getting a bit of work done. It is a convenient stop for coffee breakfast or a short break during travel. Overall a reliable and enjoyable experience.

The staff is awesomely friendly and welcoming. The place is super clean!! Drinks are always great and fresh and lots of selection. Never had a bad experience. The drinks come out as fast as they can make them with great quality. I like how the staff has personality and seem to like interacting with their customers. Probably one of the best places for good customer service!

The inside was very clean and spacious. I liked that the main room felt very open what with all the windows. The tables were further apart than other Starbucks which made it nicer. The staff was very pleasant. My drink and food were excellent.

I just ordered a venti iced matcha and i am dissatisfied. Majority of the drink was foam and that was questionable. I get this drink daily from another location and this was the first time I’ve ever seen it like this.

This was my forst visit to this Startbucks. I was traveling from Missouri to Kankakee Ill. The service was fast and friendly. The staff helped me make a decision I was satisfied with. I will be going back for sure!!!!

I usually never have an issue at this location but yesterday I got my cold brew and couldn’t believe there was that much foam. This is not normal or what a nitro cold brew ever looks like. The foam was almost half of the grande cup, could hardly taste the coffee. When I was ordering during the drive thru the girl taking my order mid way passed off her microphone to this guy and wouldn’t continue to take my order I had to repeat what I was ordering because of that. It was really weird then the coffee was messed up. Not coming back to this location.
