When I first came to Texas, this place was one of my favorites. Now the quality has completely dropped off, and it’s the same problems every single time.
We ordered a chicken sandwich and a catfish plate with okra and that’s not what we got. The fries tasted like old oil, like they were thrown in last minute. I asked for super heavy lemon pepper and got absolutely nothing.
I’m tired of paying for items I’m not receiving. If you don’t have it or can’t make it right, say that. Don’t staple a receipt to the bag listing fried okra and heavy lemon pepper when neither one is in the order.
I’m done wasting money here. It’s clear the food and the consistency just aren’t what they used to be

First time eating here today and I am impressed. Food was fresh cooked to order.. So there was a bit of a wait but it was ok. There were some tables to dine at. This restaurant does get good amount of customers ordering food. Hot honey and hot lemon wings were full of flavor. Catfish was pretty good. Fried wings were good. German chocolate and banana pudding were tasty as well. Definitely will I come back.

I like this place ! I’ve been to the WS young location once and it was good. The new location on Stan S is near me so I frequent it often. I call in ahead of time and the food doesn’t take long at all. The girls at the counter are so nice. They make the experience better. Sharks has plenty of options to chose from. Would recommend !!

I have purchased meals from here the past two days (August 26th & 27th) and again today, August 28, 2025. The atmosphere and customer service is top notch….. Tay is AMAZING!!! The catfish that I purchase on Tuesday (August 26th) was hot, fresh, and oh so good. I purchased two wing combos on Wednesday (August 27th). I spent a little over $30. I bit into the first wing and something was off. I thought it was just me. After biting into the second wing, we both got sick instantly and everything came back up. I wasn’t going to go back; however, as I stated previously, the catfish is so damn good. So I just purchased two combos about 5 minutes ago (August 28, 2025). Hopefully this won’t make me sick.

This is the second time this has happened. If you as a store are continuously out of an item maybe you should figure out a way to make more of it or take it off the menu completely. I’m so upset that when I order I order a banana pudding CAKE you don’t have it, no matter what day it is!! Is it a menu item or not?? Secondly, giving me a pudding I didn’t ask for is not okay, if it’s not available, let me know so I can cancel it instead of putting a pudding in my order instead. FYI, a banana pudding should contain bananas !! Otherwise it’s just pudding. A pudding with one cookie at the top? At least out in more effort with your desserts I’d you’re charging someone $5 for it.

Where do I begins the food was HORRIBLE! I kept hearing everyday rant and rave about the food but my first and second experience was just not the business. I did not receive the Okra I ordered and you could tell they cook the mozzarella sticks in the same grease as the fish! Total disaster. I called and spoke to someone he offered to replace my okra but why though if your cooking it in the same grease as seafood! Someone needs to make sure the grease is fingers properly and it’s not cooked in the same oil as fish. The shrimp was alright nothing fancy about it just fried shrimp it was hard and because of my tumor it limited me to not it since it was fried extra hard. Don’t get me started on the mashed potatoes I was so confused. I don’t know how anybody can mess up mashed pot potato’s but whoever prepared it definitely needs a lesson in proper seasoning. There was so much black pepper I couldn’t even stomach it. The texture was off not sure why but it was just not mashed potatoes I would ever order again. I have officially had my no thank you helping and I will NOT recommend this establishment to anybody. I am sure others will disagree but that’s what this is all about being honest about your experience so there you have it! I saw they opened another restaurant closer by me that is a plus for those who don’t want to drive across town. Oh yes and the man I spoke to told me they didn’t have okra in stock REALLY you couldn’t just relay that to my delivery driver so I could request something else. I didn’t want French fries if I did I would have ordered it. The best way to my stomach is to get the order right the first time. In closing the chicken wings were on point I cannot even lie seasoned to perfection just how I would in my own kitchen! Kudos to the person who seasoned the wings definitely the highlight for me!

Thursday, 22 May around 730pm Ok ok had to go see what the hype was all about. Everyone in Killeen was talking about this place. First off, Yosef was very polite, very friendly, very attentive. Unfortunately it took like 40 mins to complete my 2 order, fish and shrimp….. waaaaaaaay to slow, way to long! You gata figure out a better system. Food was ok, by the time I got home my fish and shrimp was cold. But it wasn’t the worst. I will definitely give SHARKS another try, next time I will try something else, like the wings or fried mushrooms. The worst part of my experience here was the wait time. But kudos on the excellent customer service. I know it’s probably overwhelming. This spot will thrive and be just fine.

1st time here and the burger was pretty good. My son loves it. The fries were very good. Had the smash burger with fries and drink. The deinks or bottles in the cooler but there are plenty of choices. Will be back go try other options.

The enjoyment was great, I have Social anxiety And I’m generally very nervous when talking to people, the lady at the counter was really nice So it was easy For me to order. As I was driving home, I could smell the delicious aroma of my food filling the car and I couldn’t wait. When I arrived home I headed straight to the dining room and begin to dig in, after the first bite My eyes rolled back and my Body convulsed in pleasure. Once I was finished with my food, I couldn’t help but to go back for seconds only hours later. No doubt that if this food establishment was a person I would make love to it. 10/10⭐️
