We stopped in for breakfast and were blown away. The service was friendly and attentive, and the owner personally came by our table a few times to chat. The food was fantastic, hands down the best breakfast we’ve had in a long time, and we eat at a lot of small-town spots across the state.
What really stood out is how much this place is connected to the community. While we were there, a local football team was being interviewed by a sports reporter right inside the restaurant. You can tell the owner cares about more than just serving food.
Don’t let the location or the building fool you, this is a top-notch cafe that’s worth the stop.

Best atmosphere!! If you’re passing through, 100% recommend stopping here like I did! The staff is amazing and make you feel at home! And the food is great! They even have keto options for those on a diet! It’s super affordable, almost too cheap, and and potions are big! You will be full! The boss is amazing! It’s hard to find places like this in the city! And the tea is so good!!!!!!

A hidden treasure has been discovered!! Breakfast is the King here. My wife enjoyed the Keto Stacker with both sauces. And I had the Rustler. The bacon was cooked perfectly. The grits had me wanting me more. I’ll be back to try a burger or BLT.

I highly recommend Diamond B Cafe!!! The food is amazing and the owner and staff are so friendly and personable! I had the famous quiche with a side parfait and they were amazing!!! The parfait was almost like eating a dessert! So yummy! I also ordered extra bacon Their bacon is also incredible! If you’re in the area of Center, Texas and looking for some really tasty homestyle cooking, you really need to try Diamond B Cafe! Also, if you love coffee, they have a wonderful coffee shop right behind the cafe. I had a few cold brews with my food, and oh wow!!!! They did not disappoint. Super high quality coffee with full bodied flavor! Check them out!!!

So glad we found this cafe! You have to get their homemade quiche! It was delicious! I saw some fancy omelette go by too.
The owner was so kind! We were also excited to be able to get an espresso while visiting. They have a full service coffee shop about a half a mile from this location if you need more 🙂

I ordered a The Rustler breakfast plate at 1pm. I enjoy breakfast food any time of the day love how Diamond B cafe made it happen. Feels like I was eating my grandmas cooking at home. Love the vibe, atmosphere, and service. Employees are friendly and very welcoming. I will definitely come back to try a dinner plate.

My friend and I landed in the area in advance of a work project the next morning, and he was craving breakfast food at night. We stopped in a parking lot, asked Google, and found our way to Diamond B Café.
Marty (the owner) was clearly proud of his menu – and rightly so!
Lots of tasty choices, and they’re willing to customize however you want. From what I can tell, you can get breakfast/lunch/dinner items all day.
I’m a lifelong Texan (Houston), so Texas hospitality isn’t new to me. But in Center, Texas, that hospitality is super-amplified.
It was near closing time, so Marty had time to chat with us, sing, play acoustic guitar with us (on the gorgeous Epiphone that was waiting in the corner), and make us feel totally at home.
He bragged on Cami, our server, like she was family. (Not sure if I spelled her name right, but I think so!)
If you have a chance to stop by, do it!

Wow! The food was great, good service. That Quiche has a really good flavor. Lots to choose from on the menu. Keto friendly.
