This Starbucks is absolutely the best one in the city! The staff is always so kind and welcoming, and the drinks are consistently delicious. 10/10 recommend! My son loves the staff too — they’re always so sweet to him. They also do tons of community service for Horizon, from Easter egg hunts to community night outs! I love how involved they are — it really shows how much they care.

My visit to Starbucks on Horizon was disappointing as always. I had gone a bit earlier by drive through wasn’t rude to them but this staff lacks experience and professionalism as if they had just gotten out of high school like children looking at each other when I returned as failing to great and ask how they can help. I proceeded to the counter where they looked at each other as to see who was going to “deal” with me they botched my drink order by taking my “cold”drink that was a warm drink and poured cold foam in it and said “here you go”, Starbucks isn’t cheap so I returned it will not being going back to any Starbucks since there’s always attitude and entitlement to always wanting tips and switching their attitude when declining the option to do so they’re childish managers as well need to stop being promoted because he was there and didn’t bother to attend either that promotions should be given to employees that are better manners and suiting for the position and not act dumb about it I’ll be taking my business to Dutch Bros. Never had an issue and they can talk and do their jobs and not act like snob and stupid that’s embarrassing even for me to be acting like that grow up

Disappointed with the service at this Starbucks. I requested 7 pumps of sugar-free vanilla on the side—something I’ve done for years without issue and pay extra for it, including at this very location. This time, I was told it’s “against policy.” She offered for me to speak with someone (She was great), a man in a star bucks t-shirt (apparently a manager) dismissed me, citing a vague policy change from “a year ago,” which I confirmed isn’t accurate. No effort was made to explain or resolve the situation aside form the other locations are breaking policy. He maintained a rigid stance to prove a point. (Easily could have saved the customer experience) This is how great brands begin to lose their edge, one customer at a time.

Shout out to Susan for being manager of the year in my eyes lol I called today because my caramel frap wasn’t tasting the same as it usually does and she advised me to go back to get my remake. I got my delicious frappe and turns out it’s a size bigger than the original and on top of that she gave me a gift card. Way to show how valuable us Starbucks customers are 😉 — also! Ryan is exceptionally great at providing customer service in the drive thru! So friendly and unique when she says “thanks for choosing Starbucks who do I have the privilege of talking with today?” Girl, you are rocking that intro! Side note: I saw they’re hiring on indeed and well I’d like to be a part of this marvelous team, so I applied. 😉 Happy thanksgiving y’all! Xo
