Well it’s a Taco Bell. Assembly line food that’s not cooked there at all like all of them. Just warm it up from a bag.
My question is who’s idea was it. As they all do it. Why would you put say the cheese sauce on one end. And the sour creme on the other. Do we actually like that? Or do we like it all thru for each bite?

I’ve gone here since it opened. As of this last year or so every single time I go I get harassed for upgrades on every item I order. Every answer is a trap to upcharge you. I am so sick of it. The best part is you tell them no I just want the regular item and they up charge you anyway. Just sitting in the drive through playing 50 flippin questions. I called and asked multiple times why the heck this takes place and they staff says “well that’s how we make extra money” it’s absolutely the most annoying thing. If I want something I’ll order it.

Very disappointed with my order. The photo shows a bowl of rice and beans which is a very inexpensive staple and the size of the bowl is so tiny…see sauce container on top so you can tell the size you actually get for $2.19 (about 4 bites). The order of fries is large too but the way, not very big for a large. Just want to make people aware before ordering.

they gave me 1/2 cup of coffee. i paid for a “medium size”. i asked to speak to manager which both girls claimed to be. one white girl covered in hickies. disgusting they would let her work like that and serve customers. they were rude. no need to return for a 1/2 cup of mediocre coffee served by some girls who look like that.

Every time I give them a chance, they let me down. Once I spent 7 minutes at the order speaker as they “caught up” on the two cars ahead of me. Today, I’m sick and asked someone to get me Taco Bell. Over $50 for our family and MY MEAL (the only meal) was missing. They made two bean burritos with green sauce, instead of one and it was half green half red sauce and hardly any other ingredients. Taco shells were all broken. Chips tasted like chemicals from sitting under the heat lamp WAY too long. I asked for Pepsi, got Dr Pepper (only one drink). I’m confused how you miss the most expensive item, mess up the only drink, make two weird burritos. This isn’t the first mess up, and doubt it’ll be the last. I’m not going back to fix the meal, I’m sick. I had to direct the girl on the phone what to do in the event you mess up, name # meal. I’ll be asking for a gift card. I won’t go back there again.
