If I could give WuKong 10 stars, I’d do it instantly. I travel A LOT and usually only find this quality of Asian cuisine and sushi in major cities. WuKong has “big city” flavor that’s completely unexpected in a small town, and I’m here for it. We’re so impressed, I’m actually writing this review while sitting at the table.
Everything is made from scratch. You could make a meal off the appetizers and be incredible satisfied. The dipping sauces are next-level. Even the ginger with the sushi has a freshness and flavor that is elevated beyond the generic, bland slices you’d find at other restaurants. And – the hallmark of a great Asian restaurant – the wasabi is real!
We started our meal impressed with the dumpling soup, and it just kept getting better from there. Eggrolls stuff with pork and a homemade sweet and sour sauce, shrimp dumplings with a black vinegar dipping sauce, fresh veggies in the stir fried rice, perfect orange chicken, and the freshest sushi I’ve had in NEPA. There isn’t a single thing we wouldn’t order again. To top it off, the service was impeccable. We had a lovely, clean table by the warm fire and everything we ordered came out quickly.
I’m almost tempted to keep WuKong a secret, but I absolutely want it to be going strong the next time I’m in anywhere near the area… so GO TO WUKONG! You won’t be disappointed!

I got the sushi lunch deal, 2 rolls for $9 and wow did it not disappoint! Sushi was fresh and delicious, and for what a price. I also tried the pork dumplings and the crab Rangoon, and both were similarly spectacular. The miso soup was not my favorite but everything else more than made up for it. Would definitely get again!

You Need To Know? Arrived around 5:30 on a Friday & we were the only guests dining in, however, lots of To-Go orders were heading out the door. On this occasion we had Lo Mein, Vegetable spring rolls, Hawaii Rolls, Shrimp Tempura Rolls, Dumpling Soup, General Tso Chicken, Orange Chicken, & Chicken w/ Sichuan sauce. All of the meals were flavorful & worth another try. No one felt as though they separated themselves from other Asian restaurants. Do need to mention that there prices are very reasonable & fair. Now You Know! -TBH

Ordered takeout. Great to see they have gluten free options on their website and made it easy for my wife to order for us.
She had Salmon Sushi, Beef with Mixed Vegetables (Spicy and Gluten Free), and I had General Tso’s with white rice.
The wife really liked the sushi, said the vegetables are fresh and the food was great!
Good amount of food for the cost, will definitely be eating here again.
Counter guy was super nice as well and they even have a small bar running in there.
Will definitely eat in next time to try their appetizers.

This was a tough one. I have had sushi all over the east coast, so when I found this place and read the reviews how this was the “best sushi in the area” I got excited. This claim however I don’t believe to be true. I was not a fan of the sushi at all. The rolls I got were not flavorful and very bland, almost tasting of nothing at all. I did get the homemade dumplings and house salad, these were very delicious. I just was not happy with the sushi and due to this I most likely won’t return.

Pretty large portions and the food was made fresh. The chicken was all white meat which was a bonus. The general tsos wasn’t too spicy. The sushi roll was not falling apart as you picked it up. The staff was friendly too! I will be back.

Absolutely delicious all white meat and no filling. I ordered the shimp and vegetables, also delicious with large shimp you actually can bite into. This place gets A+ and is our new go to place. Keep up the good job
