I went in there yesterday and the girl that was on front counter taking orders she was very friendly and the manager Robin was in drive through taking orders the only thing the girl on front counter said to give her a lil time because she was leaning front counter. I wonder why they had her up there on a busy day by herself with no kind of help. Robin is one of the managers but she did her best to come and help her out. I wonder why the General manager didn’t come out to help and she was in the store. I thank Robin for all her hard work she do in that store sometimes it’s just her and the guys that fry be the in there with no help the General Manager have to do better.

Out of all the Popeyes I’ve been to in Louisiana, this is by far the best. The customer service from Miss Karolynn and Miss Lacy is unmatched. My food always tastes fresh and is hot from them. Great job yall! Can’t wait to go back.

*idk if they still close early or not these days. My review is 2 mos old. The whole town knows not to bother with it after a certain time at this point. It’s just common knowledge now.
***UPDATE! I know the food looks amazing on the app. And most locations, it is pretty good too. At this location, my advice is, just don’t. Franklin needs a Taco Bell or Church’s chicken. See if they can do it right. Idk if they need to pay these people more or what the issue is. But trust me, it’s not worth the time or money

Food was what you expect, service there always pleasant. What I don’t like, is having to wait 15-30 minutes everytime I go there. I will no longer go to that Popeyes, timing is everything. Something that needs to be taught over there, other than that I would give them 5 stars

Once again Popeyes disappoints! Not sure how this location manages to stay open. Can only contribute it to lack of competition!
Anyways…look at the pic of the side of red beans and rice. The container was less than half full, approx. 5-6 spoonfuls (using Their small plastic eating utensil!) Utterly ridiculous!! Their drumsticks are so small that they look like drumettes! What is a grown/hungry person supposed to do with this? It wouldn’t be enough to feed a toddler! Considering their enormous price increases, and you’re not getting your money’s worth as it is, you would think they’d (At The Very Least) try to insure you’d have a satisfying meal.
Overall, besides the skimpiness of their serving portions, the chicken doesn’t have that great flavor Popeyes became famous for, service sucks and they don’t seem to take pride anymore in the food they serve!

Some of the workers were very rude cursing like sailors in the restaurant I over heard some of the employees threaten to quit there job I also waited for about 30 to 40 minutes for my food if you ask me every employee here should be fired and a new crew be hired

This evening I waited at the order board for 15 minutes. When I placed my order, the only side available out of 5 sides to choose from, was french fries (which would have been my 5th choice). To make a long story shorter, I paid $21.00 for two 3/piece chicken strips, with a side that got trashed and a dipping sauce I didn’t ask for! This is typical of this Popeyes. I’ve lived in this area for 15 years and almost every time I decide to take another chance, it fails me. I’ll never go back.
