I’m a nurse in the community where I reside here in Green Cove I saw the workers on the road with no food or drinks so I wanted to take some Pizza water and other snacks for them to have today as a thank you for their service to the community and building access roads. These two were so awesome so amazing. They told me about the deals offered me great coupons so not only were. They are blessing to me but the people that I’m going to deliver the pizzas too as well so thank you Shantel and Charles for your outstanding customer service!! We love you! Nurse Chenel, RN!

We initially had a not so pleasant experience with this location. But the new GM has definitely changed my mind about their food and service. I dont remember her name but after submitting a complaint with the store about the amount of money spent on an order that was incorrect after waiting an 1.5hrs for our food, she contacted me personally, gave me a very sincere apology, rectified the issue and now I will def be back. And continue in the future. Hopefully the employees appreciate what this GM is doing. Because she def went out of her way to fix mistakes she didnt create. My sincerest thanks to u ma’am!!

Ordered pizza on my phone today–hubby went down to pick it up. The young lady looked at the board and didn’t see my name so home he came and picked me up. I had to show her my phone to show that I ordered it from this location. Yep, there they were under the light. She never looked at the pizzas when hubby was there. I thought that when they were done, your name disappeared from the board. Oh well, an hour later we got our pizzas–both were good but the thin crust was supposed to be cut pie shape and was not. A little disappointed to say the least.

When ordering on my lunch break I make sure to give plenty of time to order ahead. I made my order 11:50 AM. It is now 12:28 PM and I just got notified that they are putting my order in the oven. It should not take 40 minutes to make one pizza. Especially on a Thursday in the middle of the day. They are always very slow and if I had it delivered, it probably would take another hour to receive.

Was a pick-up order, so I can’t really say anything about the atmosphere and very little about the service other than they were friendly and had my order ready as soon as I got there. The pizza was really good and the buffalo mac & cheese was actually very delicious. We enjoyed it.

I come in here every week and they have very good customer service they do ur food very fast, and have everything ready when u pick it up, not only that but u can come inside and eat and it’s peace full and a very good place to bring in friends, family’s, and partners!
