I understand Taco Bell may charge for extra sauce, and that’s fine. What wasn’t fine was the way this was handled. When I asked about missing avocado sauce, the employee argued with me, took my bag, and searched through my food with his hands knowing he’s the person at the register.
That is unsanitary and completely unnecessary. My food was returned smashed and there was no apology. Customer service and food handling standards need improvement at this location. Also on my to go order I asked for no rice and extra lettuce and cabbage which is something that never happens on this location. They never add extra veggies when you request them.

I ended up ordering only two tacos and it took them 20 minutes and when I was looking at The McDonald’s it was packed so I went to Taco Bell because I was in a hurry and I use the kiosk cause I want to be fast. There was no one in the drive-through but after I ordered three people pulled up all three people got their food before I did. This place sucks

I was the only one in line, didn’t see anyone inside. Asked for rootbeer no ice got it with ice, whatever. Get back to work, 2 minutes away 5 at most. Taco is somewhat cold, meh but then I got to the main thing I ordered, a chick quesadilla. Is was barley warm, the cheese wasn’t melted at all and the chipotle sauce was globbed on 1/4 of it work the rest not having any.

I wish I could leave no stars but unfortunately that is not possible. Employees are rude, have terrible customer service. All need to be retrained. Food is terrible. Ordered soft tacos, tacos were not even hot, more like warm. Also the tortilla was hard. It’s sad to say but everyone is better off driving to Delano for Taco Bell rather to this dump.

Not sure what is going on with this Taco Bell, but it is disappointing. They usually forget some of the order, or the quality is down. Take for example our order this past weekend (Sat), we had a bean burrito missing, the steak on the chalupa tasted old and was barely any in the item, and the ground beef tacos had virtually no meat in them…see picture below. It’s not even worth the gas to go back if something is wrong. I took a picture of one of the tacos, but the wife had already eaten the chalupa, if you want to call it one. They ,must have been running low on meat or something. This was about 4pm’ish. We will probably just drive the extra distance to Delano if we want Taco bell.
