I made a order online for a pepperoni pizza and a chicken bacon artichoke and add green onion they put mix onions on it instead and so much so that it took us 20 minutes to pick them off just to thin them out and my picture doesn’t even do it justice! it is disappointing because we pay a lot of money for this and employees should take pride in what their doing and pay attention to what is ordered!

Last order for them. Ordered a pizza, should had been 12.99 plus tax. But was told it was 14 and change. I ask was it not Tuesday, it was then it should be 12.99 plus tax. Was told because I add toppings to a pizza it was 10.99 plus 2 topping plus tax. So this is the last pizza that will be ordered there by me.

Very nice workers and the pizza is normally fantastic. However this will be the last time we order. There was a long black hair in my husbands pizza. We couldn’t even pull it out it was so cooked into the crust (in between our layered pizza)

Could improve on the pizza quality. I ordered 9/29/2025 the pizza quality was super disappointing the crust has little to no flavor. The garlic rolls disappointing and lack luster. I ordered a pan pizza and was so disappointed on the quality & the taste. I used to like to order Papa Murphy’s pizza, but it seems like they’ve really started skipping & cutting corners etc on food quality & sizing. I mean seriously 6.99 for 6 garlic roll knot Twisties that are sub par in taste & size & number of product.
my order came out to 50 bux it was barely worth it for what I ordered 3 pizzas barely worth the quality. I also see they don’t offer the stuffed pizzas online or on the menu no more. I was totally disappointed . Or at least don’t offer the stuffed pizza order online. I couldn’t even get the bogo offer online for the guy one get one totally disappointed. I will mention, I won’t be ordering from Papa Murphy’s again in the near future. I’ll be taking my money else where. Seems papa Murphy’s quality has really gone down hill. They could improve on a lot of things especially trying to order online is a real pain with not having everything listed on the website & not offering their double stuffed pizzas on the website which they used to be famous for.

I placed on online order today for a large Pepperoni and extra mushroom pizza. At the drive through I’m handed the pizza with very little mushrooms on it. I state that I ordered extra mushrooms and this pizza doesn’t have extra mushrooms. The person at the window proceeds to tell me that she could only put 1 1/2 cups of mushrooms on the pizza instead of two cups due to a shortage. I state to the employee that what’s she’s telling me is that I paid for something I didn’t get. There was no offer to refund me for what I didn’t get. There was no offer for compensation in another form. I go home and take all the mushrooms off the pizza and put them in a measuring cup. The cup measures out to just over a half of cup. I didn’t even get a regular order of mushrooms yet I paid for two orders. What kind of management is running this place?

We like the pizza and have gotten it weekly for the last several years. The service has gotten so poor that we are done. Over the past couple months, I have watched a worker sitting cross-legged on a stainless kitchen cart on her phone while I sat at the window, had to call to get someone come to the window, knocked on window, and honked my horn to get someone’s attention. Tonight I sat in line for 25 minutes (1st car didn’t move for 14 minutes). I pull up to the window immediately after the car in front of me and there was no one there. Again I had to honk my horn. When someone finally came to the window, I obviously was a huge inconvenience. We are done!!!!
