Pretty sad that this is what you consistently get from tipton dairy queen and then they hastle you when you ask for the free coupon that started the whole companies gimmick. Of course they cant flip the blizzard when theyre trying to serve you ice cream soup. Do better already you’ve been like this for years.

Decent Dairy Queen that’s been updated I think in the last few years. The only problem was the wait was very long and there was only one car in front of us.

Every time we come here they mess it up. Today was by far the worst. I got a BBQ chicken platter, with 4 ranches, and a regular cheese curd with queso. The chicken strips were barely sauced, the fries were dry and stale, and the toast was not toasted and nearly completely unbuttered. The ranch was chunky and sour, and I only received one, despite being charged for all 4. Had to ask them after they gave me my food for the queso I paid for as well. Honestly, I love Dairy Queen, and it’s one of my comfort foods, but I can’t keep eating here when this is what the experience is going to be like.

We mobile ordered and all that was ready was fries. They didnt even know we had ice cream on the ticket till I asked to pick it up. Sucks ordering ahead and waiting extra long for the privilege. Also there are so many flies inside it was miserable waiting and being chewed on.

Overall was an okay experience, although I was given fries which I didn’t order… But depending on how you look at it that could be a plus . I know the manager is making strides to provide better service here so thank you for that. Medium wait time, decent food, decent desserts, nothing over the top.

Ordered a blizzard and it was completely melted before I even go it. It was just soup. My friend got a blizzard as well. She got it worse than me. She was driving, her’s was soup too and they over filled hers. It was spilling all over her. They didn’t even bother to give napkins. I won’t be going back there anytime soon. I was looking forward for a cold thick and delicious blizzard- that experience didn’t come close to meeting any reasonable expectations. Spare yourself the disappointment

With the new owner the place is taking shape. Yes the wait time is still the same but the food is better and the people are nicer. On a normal day I’ve seen a 5 cars be in and out within a couple mins before it would take a good 10 mins. The new owner is doing a way better job then the old one. From what I hear the only one treated the employees like trash.

Service was fabulous. The gal at the drive up window was so amazing, she took personal care of a problem with shake that had a broken cup top and then after was exchanged, the cup had raspberrie shake dripping down the sides, not good at drive up and have in your car. Was awesome though to drink….their onion rings are amazing. The cold drinks were cold and the hot food was hot.
