Laramie local: Sushi Boat is underrated. I like their take on bibimbop and they have lots of tasty rolls with good quality rice. Owned by a friendly Korean couple who deliver great food and service. Rarely busy and has plenty of space inside.

The food is so phenomenal! Don’t skip the korean bbq short ribs! It comes with rice and broccoli! A meat lovers dream. Plus the kimchi pancake??? Incredible! You can also get SoJu here! A great korean food experience.

Unexpected surprise! We love trying different foods and this one was definitely worth driving over the mountain from Cheyenne to give it a try. This offers some of the best Korean food I have ever eaten. Even though some of our party can be a little picky, they loved the different food, especially the lunch boxes.
While the hotel is dingy and does not look appealing, not going in to try the Sushi Boat would be a mistake. They do offer sushi as well, but we had almost exclusively the Korean dishes.
We will definitely be back. Great job, great service, and great food.

Pleasantly surprised to find an Asian food spot in Laramie that was even somewhat close to the real thing! The menu is an eclectic mix of Chinese, Korean, and Japanese food. We ordered beef fried rice, stir fried spicy seafood, a baked salmon roll, and seafood noodle soup. The salmon roll was smaller than expected for the price but all of it tasted pretty good. The service was a little slow even though the place was relatively empty, and the restaurant may not seem the most modern/new but I was just happy to find some decent Asian food in Wyoming!

Very excited to find a Korean restaurant in the middle of Wyoming. To be honest, I wasn’t expecting a lot, and this place blew me away. Food was great (I recommend the kimchi pancake appetizer). We had the bulgogi, spicy chicken, and teriyaki chicken for dishes. All tasted great.
