On September 24th I ordered some sushi through door dash (Volcano Roll) and everything went smoothe with door dash however, as I’m eating my food I noticed texture wise something wasn’t right after eating the second roll, I spit my food out on a napkin and look and my imitation crab meat was still wrapped in plastic..how that happened I’m not sure, but before I realized what it was I had already ate one and swallowed plastic..ALL of my rolls I had to trash because they were wrapped in plastic. $17.84 down the drain. Really displeased, and upset because what the heck?!

Ordered spicy salmon kobachi. $12.50 and that’s all I got (see photo). The mangoes were hard. There was hardly any salmon and there was no spicy sauce. Soooooo disappointed!

If you love japanese food you have found Lexington’s Japanese gem ! The quality of food, service and experience is unmatched! The servers always treat customers like friends and family. Fuji moto consistently releases new menu items, keeping things fresh! Give them a try and you won’t go anywhere for sushi and Japanese food again!

Ordered take out for the first time and it’s horrible. No seasoning, no flavor, and the quality of the meat is aweful. Food court hibachi is better. There isn’t even color on the meat as there should be with meat cooked hibachi style. Seems as if it was boiled. Will never order there again.

We were wanting some sushi so stopped to check out the food here. Yes, there’s dust on the tiles and the aquarium looked like it needed to be clean. It’s a little dated. There was a bigger table and the men were talking pretty loud. On to the food. Appetizer was gyoza. Tasty tidbits. I got the spicy tuna raw sushi. Comes with the clear soup. They were both very good. My husband got the spicy tuna and salmon combo boat and said next time he would just go for the tuna. We enjoyed it all for the most part. Will definitely go back as it’s closer than some of the places that we go to. Recommend it!

My brother and i had a wonderful experience dining at this restaurant. The manager and staff were very friendly and attentive. I will definitely visit again. It was my first time and I hate it’s taken me so long to eat there, it was bomb!!
