Stopped for dinner on my way home paid $13 for my meal watched cashier hand out $60 worth of free food to the lady in front of me. Brought it to the attention to the shift manager who just said we’ll that’s OK. They’re friends they know each other.

The service and food are awful!! Paid $50 for something we couldn’t even eat. Ordered family chicken tender meal. The chicken was very very burnt crispy, the potatoes were greyish and the Mac and cheese was dry dry. And the biscuits were hard as a rock.

I asked for a 3 piece big box and a 4 piece tender, I received a 2 piece and a 2 tenders. The lady was rude and yelling at us saying she couldn’t hear us then didn’t give me my receipt when I asked for it. I do not recommend going here the food wasn’t hot either and the biscuits were burnt and hard

We’ve been here multiple times and every time it ducks. The people working act high, forgetting our order, waiting for 40 minutes, not telling me they didn’t have mayo until I already bought it and got a dry sandwich, not to mention the bun was hard as a rock. Then my boyfriend got a Taco Bell chicken bowl and they didn’t give him a fork. Kept having to repeat our order because they could remember what our drinks were or our sauce. Drive thru worker was confused on me ordering sides of potatoes that I’ve never had an issue with b4 and then after waiting for my order he gave me potatoes in the same small container u get the nacho cheese in. It’s usually the same as fiesta potatoes but without all the cheese and sour cream.

Good location, bathrooms were clean. Kind and friendly staff. Watched them make the food fresh instead of sitting in containers already. They gave me my Tennessee sauce on the side unlike the KFC up the road on Tarboro Street. I am impressed with my experience at this location. I would definitely visit again.
