Five stars across the board. All the staff were lovely, food very flavorful and the vibe was fun. We had fettuccini carbonara, spicy vodka rigatoni burratta, salad with chicken, burratta appetizer, fettuccini alla norma, and three desserts. Everything had great flavor – the spicy vodka sauce perhaps the big winner. Drinks were made well and the restaurant decor was cozy. Would definitely return

Savona’s is a steady, reliable spot in Hudson. I often stop in for takeout after work, and the food is consistently good — fresh, well-prepared, and generous portions. Dining in is just as pleasant, with a comfortable atmosphere and attentive service. They also offer a nice variety of specials, which keeps the menu interesting.
What really stands out is how they handle things. Once a dessert was accidentally left out of my takeout order. When I mentioned it the next day, they handled it graciously and more than made it right. That kind of accountability goes a long way.

Visited on Valentines weekend and the offerings were excellent! Our group arrived- we were immediately greeted and seated. All staff we encountered were very nice and Jenya ( our waitress) was wonderful! The food was delicious; we had everything from seafood risotto to steak everyone loved their dish. Highly Recommended!

The staff were kind and helpful – I am vegan, and while there is nothing listed on the menu, our waitress and the kitchen staff took care to offer a vegan dish, comprised of gluten free pasta (all other pastas contain egg), veggies, garlic, and olive oil. Simple but absolutely delicious. In fact, I knew it was going to be good based solely on the complimentary breadsticks, and the order of bruschetta that we enjoyed. Yes, it’s carb-heavy. But everything was so good, fresh, and clearly scratch-made. My husband ordered the shrimp scampi, which he noted was also delicious and authentic. The negronis we drank were perfect as well.

Yesterday for lunch, we came into Savona’s. It was quite busy no tables in the dining room available so we sat at the bar. Our bartender was wonderful. I believe her name was Jessica. I had an espresso martini drinks were fabulous. First time at Savona’s and our time was fantastic. Will be going back next time. We’re in town highly recommend the food was 5 stars

Have dined on numerous occasions and always found the food to be tasty and prepared in traditional fashion. Staff has been friendly and provided good service. The atmosphere is comfortable and laid back. Theres a good size bar if that is what you enjoy. It can be busy at times and tight (space) in some of the seating, but it’s worth it. Pricing is fair across the menu.
