I went there and was about to order food. I needed to use the bathroom before I ordered and she said for customers only. Turned me off. Additionally, they do not follow instructions on condiments. Give very little and hardly give meat. Baldinos was an icon however new ownership ruined the classical experience. The best one is outside of the military base and in bloomingdale. Don’t go here.

Tasteless / bland also, the way the employee cut and weighed the meat on a small scale arguing in their native tongue was very off putting making this experience unpleasant on top of making me feel uncomfortable to ask for more salt and pepper oil and vinegar.

Giant subs! Had the vegetarian stir fry and added sweet peppers and cheese. I underestimated how huge this sub would be. The 13inch is plenty for two people and could probably serve 4 small children. They do a combo with a drink and chips for a couple bucks more. The cookies looked great but I’ll have to save room next time. Very clean and the owners were very nice.

Horrible service. I order two Italian Battalion subs with toppings and they gave me no toppings on either of my subs that I requested. Why ask me what toppings I want on my subs if you going to not put them on my sub. I called to let them know and they did not answer there . It went to a voice message box that was full. I’m very displeased and mad . I would like to get a complimentary sub made with the toppings I paid for!!!! Bad services

I’ve been in the this place twice and every time I’ve walked in and I’m not greeted just stared at like I have two heads. I get a negative vibe just being in there. The language barrier is the worst. You ask them a question and they just look at each other. The man who I’m guessing is the owner that’s there all the time is rude and has an attitude and ALWAYS on his phone. Obviously doesn’t understand English. Also what’s with having to buy a drink separately from the sub and chips? I had asked for a combo and they said they don’t do that. I asked about this and they all got quiet and looked at me. While I was there they were laughing and talking in their native language. Which obviously I didn’t understand because I’m not Indian. Needless to say I won’t be back.

This is literally the BEST Baldino’s in town, hands down!! All the other Baldino’s stopped making the Big Ones (24&25) with double meat.. but this one makes the BEST sandwiches on earth. Best service, too! Support them!
