A perfect hotspot to the area! Amazing food and Amazing Staff! My Cousin Vinny was one of the best pizzas I have ever had! The ovens are superb! But it’s also about the flour. It is obvious they are using the right flour for their ovens! Unfortunately some other local places that have Marra Forni ovens use the wrong flour and it doesn’t even compare!!! The Pork Shank n Pollenta were out of this world! The sauce with the pasta chips was to die for! Can’t wait to try a pasta dish and some other big plates you have. I remember watching this place in motion while you must’ve been renovating the entire place. It took some time but all good things take time. I’m not sure who owns this place but you should commending yourself. You have done a fabulous job. Thank you for bringing a great spot to the area. Be proud.

We can’t believe this gem is only four minutes from our house! If you are looking for a calm atmosphere and great food, this is the place. My wife and I had fried calamari and garlic flatbread for appetizers and for our entrees we had the chicken parmesan with burreta and the pork chops with risotto and everything was cooked to perfection.

A special shoutout to our server, Anna. She was fantastic at taking our order and checking in on us to ensure the experience was perfect. Highly recommended!”

Love going here with the family a few times each month. The kids always order the house-made pasta, and my husband and I usually order the fresh pizzas (Bianca is my absolute favorite – perfect with an Allagash White). Their french fries are pretty amazing too. They have great seasonal food and drinks specials, so I’ll post updates as we go!

Food was bomb. I was able to enjoy my two loves again for the first time in ages (pizza+beer) per Redstone’s gluten free friendly demeanor. They even have a separate oven for their gf pizzas.

The pizza dough is awesome and made in house, so it doesn’t taste like a cracker. That being said, I would ask for sauce to the edge.

Dennis was an awesome bartender too! We may make Redstone a weekly ritual.

We got there at 4 when they opened. Everything we ordered was exceptionally delicious! Best fries I’ve ever had. They confirmed that they use beef tallow to fry in which is a huge plus and should be stated in the menu. My husband had short ribs mashed potatoes and carrots. It was amazing! Like a home cooked meal. Our waitress was also excellent. I wish I could remember her name, but she was petite and soft spoken.

After finding out another restaurant we planned to try was closed, we decided to switch things up when my wife spotted this place on Yelp. We made the roughly 30-minute drive from Stafford Springs, CT, and when we pulled in, the parking lot was packed. Cars were even parked across the street at the shopping plaza, so I was bracing for a long wait, but to our surprise, we were seated immediately.
The menu was refreshingly simple (always a good sign). We started with the garlic parm boneless wings, which were incredibly fresh and coated perfectly, flavorful without being overpowering. For our main course, we ordered the “My Cousin Vinny” pizza, and all I can say is… WOW. Literally the best pizza I have ever had. It was so good that after finishing it, my wife looked at me and said I could definitely eat a couple more slices and honestly, I could’ve too. So we ordered a second pizza. Yes, it was that good.
Before leaving, my wife made sure to let the manager know how much we enjoyed everything and that we’d absolutely be back. So glad we stumbled upon this place—already looking forward to coming back to try the pasta dishes!

I had heard great things about this place, so I decided to give it a try for lunch. The salad was delicious, but the calamari was average and slightly overdone. The pizza tasted good but was quite small for the price and could have used more garlic and seasoning. I’m not sure if I would go out of my way to return.

Service was great, pizza authentic. Shallot, banana peppers and olives on the calamari with a delicious marina sauce top notch. Shout out to Carl, best martinis I’ve had in a while, strawberry infused vermouth, amazing!! If I could give 10 stars I would. Pleasantly surprised!!

The food is always delicious. The service is excellent. Atmosphere is relaxed and friendly. Go watch a game and have a drink.

Food is outstanding! Drinks are thoughtfully crafted with a number of liquors that are exotic and not often found at other bars. They have won and prosecco on tap! The ahi tuna was perfectly seared and rare. The pork shank braises all day and the bones effortlessly slide out. This is worth a visit.
