Don’t let anyone else fool you… Sabor Brazil in Nashua has the meats. The word “sabor” is Portuguese (and Spanish) for “flavor”, and they have that in abundance too. The food is fresh and delicious. Service is very friendly and helpful. You’ll feel at home almost immediately. Just walk up to the buffet, grab a plate, and start loading it up. You can indicate to a staff member what you’d like from the rotisserie for meats, and there’s plenty to choose from; a posted list will help. My first plate weighed in at $13 (they’ll keep track), and had pork loin, sirloin steak, sweet plantains, olives, rice, and potato salad; a very fair price. All in all I had two plates and two bar drinks, then went home and promptly took a nap; next best thing to Thanksgiving. Highly recommended.

An unexpected find. This is the kind of restaurant that any neighborhood would be proud to host. Small and unassuming, as soon as you open the door you are greeted with a positive, passionate vibe enhanced by the aroma of grilled meat. The quality and value here make the whole experience even better. If I lived closer I would become a regular here.

Friendly and detailed service, delicious meats. I filled a plate for $16 and it was plenty. Bar has a good, basic selection of great drinks at affordable prices. Just a great experience all around!

Our first visit. Seeking the traditional Brazilian restaurant service, but it was not available when we arrived. We were left with the “buffet by the weight” option, where you pick the food, then it gets weighed before going to your table. Food was very good, and the service was outstanding. The atmosphere was informal and cozy. Price was reasonable. Definitely worth a repeat visit. Highly recommend.

The owner/chef is such a nice guy. We were going for all you can eat, but he suggested we not do that because they didn’t have a couple of meats. So we went for by-weight and that turned out to be the best choice as we only spent half of what we would if we went for AYCE. The quality of the meats are pretty good and flavorful.

The restaurant looked like it was closed despite there being a lighted sign on a window saying “open”. Once we were inside, the place is small but very welcoming and the staff seemed happy. Tables were being quickly cleaned so we didn’t have a hard time finding a spot. Food was delicious and very reasonable. We also had a caramel flan and a coconut one, both were delicious.

Food is always solid at this place. They have a great selection of grilled cuts of meats cooked Brazilian style. Flavorful and consistent. The dining area is small and normally gets packed over the weekend but is totally worth it. Costumer service is always friendly.

Wow! Glad we stopped for lunch. Small buffet with salad, vegetables and starches. The end of the buffet is the barbecue carving board. Select what meat you would like (10 or so choices) and they carve it up fresh from the rotisserie/barbecue behind the buffet. You are charged by weighing your plate. Very affordable lunch for the quality of meal. The service was impeccable. Visited at the table frequently to make sure we were satisfied. Everyone had a smile and good vibes.

The food here is amazing! I have been eating here for years. The beans and rice are my favorite as they make them like my Grandmother did. The sirloin and garlic beef are great meat options. Their flan
is on point.
