Outstanding, flavorful, and delicious. This will fill you up as well keep you craving for more. I think it’s the French Vinaigrette homemade. They even sell the bottle. Great for beach days! Ordered the Tropical with homemade chicken salad ooooh baby this was a knockout.

We were out for a walk and decided to stop here for lunch. What called our attention was the fully open store front which made it feel like you’re sitting outside but you’re not.
The young lady at the counter was super helpful. We asked about their Signature Sandwiches and she walked us through. Her recommendations were spot on.
We had the Tropical which was huge and fabulous with a touch of sweetness from the pineapple and papaya, while perfectly balanced with the veggies and ham. I’m sure it would have been great too with the turkey or smoked salmon.
We also had the Frenchie which had delectable French Salami and perfectly melted Brie cheese. Add the veggies of your choice to make it just right for you.
As if the yummy fillings are not enough, the baguettes were ridiculous. They were perfectly toasted, making them deliciously crusty on the outside and soft and warm on the inside.
Our sandwiches were ready quickly which was a nice surprise. BTW, if you want to just pop in and order using a nice large screen at the counter, you can do so. But we found the staff to be so friendly and engaging, why miss an opportunity to meet our neighbors.
We will definitely be back and highly recommend them. Can’t wait to try some more of their items.

Found this place while trying to look for dinner on a layover. Absolutely phenomenal sandwich, I got The Frenchie and it’s honestly one of the best sandwiches I’ve had in a while. Great service from the team as well, especially Lorena who helped me through the ordering process and was a delight to talk to. Will definitely come back my next time visiting Miami!

Don’t eat here! They have moldy cheese and they will serve it!!!! The salami was slimy, the bread was soggy. They are NOT FRESH AT ALL! I always order from the one in Miami Beach. 100000% WAY BETTER AND MORE FRESH. This one in sunny isles is UNSANITARY.

Really solid spot for a quick bite. The sandwiches are big enough to share and come with fresh ingredients that actually taste fresh, not just look it. We had the Terminator and a couple of self-made combos—both were really good.
Service was quick, which is exactly what you want from a place like this, and the price felt totally fair for the area.
If you’re nearby or just passing through, it’s definitely worth stopping in. Not fancy, just good food that hits the spot.

Ordered the “chicken mix” sandwich, and the picture speaks for itself. A thin, watery spread that has chicken in. I spoke to the girl behind the counter and when I mention this, she says it’s the standard amount. Had to ask for chicken slice on top of it. Not great service when they gaslight you into thinking it’s an acceptable.

Here from Atlanta have tried a few restaurants, all overpriced and food mediocre. This place however had THE freshest most delicious hot roast beef sandwich I’ve ever tasted, my wife had a Greek salad, as fresh and delicious as possible. The owner? Manager was super friendly and all at under $25!!! I think he needs to consider an Atlanta location, you can’t get a sandwich that good up there, believe me I’ve tried for 20 years, AWESOME PLACE!!!! As a side note if on the weekends you can park for free in the strip mall next store just steps away

We came here on a busy night. And Franco was working alone. However he right away aknowledged us a was very helpful, welcoming and nice. And he made us the best sandwiches! Love that they are open till 4 am! When everyone else is closed. Love the vibes

I have been in there location in Miami Beach once long time ago and loved it. I no longer live in Florida but still come here to visit family. I was so happy to see that this place opened in Sunny Isles. I ordered Italian sandwich and oh my god! The taste is so fresh, the baguette, meat, veggies. Everything tastes incredible!
