Our family always has a wonderful experience at this fast-food restaurant. The staff is consistently friendly, kind, and genuinely attentive. They go out of their way to make us feel welcome, and their patience and understanding with our autistic son means more than words can express.
Every visit is pleasant—from the warm greetings to the helpful service and the way they make sure we have everything we need. It’s clear that the team truly cares about their customers, and it creates a positive atmosphere we really appreciate.

We had such a great experience at Fatburger! The food was fresh, juicy, and absolutely delicious, but what really stood out was the service. The owner, Eid, is incredibly nice and accommodating—he goes above and beyond to make sure everyone feels welcome and taken care of. It’s rare to find that kind of personal touch these days. Highly recommend stopping by for a great burger and even better hospitality!

Was disappointed as we drove 20 miles to try out the hamburgers. They were ok in taste, but definitely not worth the price. I found the fact that the gentelman taking our order did not let us try the chili before ordering it. I asked only to try a tiny bit in a water cup to see if it was good before spending money on it. He flat out refused and said absolutely not. When you pay 51 dollars for 3 hamburgers and fries you would expect better service, and to top it off ice machine was broken and he still let us buy sodas, I did ask for a refund on the drinks, plus 89 cents for a side of ranch.

Food was great, burgers didn’t disappoint and were as advertised. The people working there were in a sourpuss mood. I made a comment about how nice the restaurant looked and the young girl raised her voice loudly to make her point and tell me the amount. I was the only one in the restaurant. Food is great, I would order online and not have to interact with the people there if necessary.

One of the best burgers in Southern California. So many options, great meat, and they are huge!! If you are visiting from out of town you must stop here. Price is a little high for a burger but it’s worth it.

We brought our child here for what should have been a simple kid’s burger. They made it wrong. When we politely explained the mistake, instead of fixing it, the young man at the front immediately blamed our child, claiming he “ordered it wrong” (he didn’t). No apology, no basic customer service — just smug rudeness.
When the owner got involved, the situation somehow got worse. He was condescending, dismissive, and seemed to take personal offense at the idea of remaking a burger for a kid. It’s like his ego was on the line over a patty and a bun. I genuinely question whether he’s fit to run a business that serves the public, especially families.

Overpriced and completely underwhelming! How do you mess up mayonnaise? Really cool vibe though. Too bad the food wasn’t any good. Don’t waste your money on the food. Great place to take pictures though.
