This was one of the best foods I’ve eaten in my entire life. The veggies were fresh, steamed, and covered in a generous amount of delicious sauce. Rice mixed well into it all and the people running the place were kind and professional.

Food was better years ago. Ordered pan fried wonton and got fried wonton. Chicken is hard no matter if it’s sweet and sour or general goa. Most of the time they burn pan fried wonton or pan fried dumplings. They egg rolls get any smaller they will be nuggets. Very disappointed the last 2 times I’ve ordered. The employees are very nice and are fast. Just the food quality has really dropped. Not fresh like it is to be. I don’t know if it’s changed hands but it’s definitely changed in freshness.

Jade Garden was better 2 years ago. The food was ok. It wasn’t as hot or fresh. I had vegetable fried . The cooks and management always make a difference in how your food is prepared. Cashier smiled and was polite.

Glad I finally found a good Chinese takeout restaurant, i work in Wilmington all day and i wait until im leaving town to stop here and eat. Egg rolls are great, crispy outside and the inside isn’t just mush like most places, the filling still has texture. I like that you can ask for the chicken to be extra crispy too.

Stopped by to order some takeout based on the reviews. Got some pepper steak with onions and the large order of shrimp fried rice. Overall the flavor was ok; typical Americanized Chinese flavor. The amount of fried rice for the “order” size and price was less than expected.

This place has really fell off. Food use to be fresh and good. They really don’t take pride in the food or service. Make sure you check your food before leaving i had a shrimp and broccoli but they didn’t give me my rice. Where do you do that rice always come with these dishes. Chicken wings were little like drumettes and really overcooked. Will not be returning. This is not my 1st issue with this place.

Such nice people. Food is good. Orders are always correct. Seemingly unimaginable but I have also never seen anything less (typically above) than a 100% grade on their NC health dept inspection over the last decade. Impressive and noteworthy to say the least. Honestly don’t think I could say that about any other restaurant I frequent in Wilmington. Great Job Jade Garden
