We door dashed these yummy desserts to our hotel room. Each cobbler comes with ice cream. The blackberry was full of berries and the praline peach was soooo good! We shared each others and thought they were both delicious!

What a fun place all based around cobbler! My husband and I were on our anniversary road trip and wanted to try something new for dessert. My husband got the peach while I chose caramel apple. I do love that the ice cream is served in a separate container just in case you do take out. No worries about melting!
The workers were very friendly and the establishment has a fun design and plenty of seating. There is even an open area for corn hole and a photo op area!
Cobbler was delicious! My only issue was price. For the size, it should be just a little lower. Other than that, a nice place and experience! Would recommend to others!
Restrooms available. Free parking, but is somewhat hard to find as there are apartments above the restaurants who share the same lot.
Delivery, dine-in and takeout. Credit and debit cards accepted. College students and tourists frequent. Casual, trendy and great for kids!

I’ve wanted to try the Peach Cobbler Factory for awhile and they didn’t miss. I enjoyed the bourbon pecan banana pudding; very rich! The shakes are half pudding half whatever you choose ; delicious!

Agreed with most, very expensive for what it is. Spent $35 on three puddings and a cinnamon roll. They were good, but not $35 good. Underwhelming. It was clean and the guy there was super nice and fast. But, meh. More suited for a food truck.

Our cashier was amazing! He took the time to walk us through the menu and answer all of our questions. All of our dessert choices were delicious. It was my first time here but definitely won’t be the last visit.

Overall the place is clean and staff is very friendly! The cobbler is good, got the blackberry and cinnamon praline peach, it’s not as good as homemade but definitely works if you’re craving cobbler. I agree with other posts that the depth of flavor could be increased as it does seem to lack the punch. However, the praline topping was very flavorful and excellent. Portion size is adequate and very filling. Would definitely like to see more cobblers on display as it is hard to pick when you can’t see what you’re gonna get.

Our cashier was absolutely amazing!! The atmosphere is so cool, calm and great music. They have a picture perfect wall so you can post all about your experience online. If you get the chance to have Gerald as your cashier you’re in for a great time!!
