We went back a different day, and we had great service, ice-cream was amazing, and the size of the ice cream made more sense this time. The quality was great. The second photo is the 5 star review.
We are regulars at this ice cream shop and usually get good service, but today, it was a total disappointment as we ordered a medium-sized ice cream (3 scoops) and barely received 2 scoops. It was just after we heard the conversation between the ladies about who doesn’t like to scoop the ice cream. Also, my husband got a twist cone, and as we were leaving the shop, half of it fell because it was bent… We really like the ice cream, but we are going to think twice now before going. ♀️

Looking for a local spot with great ice cream. This lil place hit the mark.
Hershey and Perry’s products. Walked away with a quart of vanilla and another in French Roast coffee ( my mother’s fav flavor, and she LOVES this one)
Staff was friendly.
Offered samples.
Very clean, with a cute soda shop atmosphere.

The most delicious ice cream I’ve ever had. It’s not too sweet and somehow still manages to have a lot of flavors. The waffle cones were crunchy but not dry. It can seem overwhelming at first because there’s so much to choose from but the staff is really friendly and patient. Would definitely recommend.

My little girl and I have stopped in a couple times before going to the movies. This place is a little gem. It’s warm and inviting as well. The owner is friendly and is all about customer service. The ice cream store is extremely clean and they have seating available for you and your family as well. We live an hour away and enjoy this place over all of the other ice cream places in between. Give them a try. You won’t be disappointed.

Good ice cream and prompt service! My husband and I visited recently and we both enjoyed our ice cream. Between the two of us, we got the banana cream pie, let’s dough Buffalo, cannoli and Oregon blackberry cheesecake—and all of it was great.

Definitely one of the best ice creams I had in my life. I am from Argentina and we have pretty good ice cream but this was from another world. Plus, the service was amazing we tried a lot of flavors they were so good; finally I choose the peanut butter and chocolate lightning. My friend had pumpkin and chocolate chip. SOO good. Thanks Jason for your excellent service. Next trip upstate we will come to visit you again!!!

Great place for ice cream! So many different flavors of ice cream think 50 +, Italian Ice, soft serve and much more! Booths inside and seating outside! Banana Splits are my fav!!! Jason, his wife and staff are just a great group of people!!!! It’s become a weekly stop for me and my family!!!!

Best real ice cream shop in Orange County. I’ve been to a lot of em and Family Farm Ice Cream is the best. Their ice cream is delicious and lots of flavors, the owners are super friendly and down to earth. We love going here with the kids. Our only go to place for ice cream place. We started going here with our daughter and when our son was young, now that our third son is here, he too will be enjoying their ice cream. BTW, they also hold holiday events.
