Elizabethtown, NC location should be ashamed of themselves!!!! When people go on a lunch break their expecting FRESH HOT FOOD!!. I had to give my food to my neighbor dogs. Nasty tea and the tables were all dirty and wasn’t cleaned and some of the food wasn’t ready and had to wait a long time for the food because they gave another person my food so I got my money back and won’t go back there .

If nothing else, the girl at the drive through (2nd time in a row I’ve met her) is super friendly. She keeps the best attitude I have ever noticed from a fast food employee. I would almost come back again just to see her smile. The food is good and comes expeditiously. If you want some KFC, try the drive through and get true service with a smile!

We loved our chicken sandwiches but would it kill someone to actually try to have a clean dining area? Lots of employees in the kitchen but no one bothered to go clean the dining room. The tables were dirty, food on the floor, and the drink station needed attention. That is exactly why I limit my KFC intake.

Waited in drive-thru ten minutes. When we got to the window I was told they were not able to accept the online coupon that KFC sent me! It was a coupon that KFC sent me themselves! But they couldn’t use it? Very disappointing.

Went through the drive-thru and wasn’t sure what we were going to get, when we got to the order station the woman taking the orders I swear had ESP, because she actually knew what we wanted before we did and she was correct. The 8 piece meal with mashed potatoes and coleslaw with gravy and biscuits were spot on. We were warned about a wait time, however there really wasn’t a lot of time pass between ordering and receiving our food, no more than the other fast food places. Good food and great service.

I have been to this establishment several times and dines in with my son. It does not matter who takes our order, they get it wrong. The food is okay.
