I use to order for PH weekly/bi-weekly. Sadly the quality has diminished over time. Example: I recently ordered some breadsticks with an extra marinara sauce. I get home to discover you use to get 4oz cups of sauce per order. Now you get 2oz. So for paying for an extra sauce I received what use to be the standard. To top that off, the sauce is no longer heated. Dipping warm bread into what is basically gazpacho.

We recently had the worst experience with the Hamilton Blvd Pizza Hut. Tried to order a pizza on Sunday and it switched to carry out after the order was made. Tried to call the store but nobody would answer after an hour on the phone trying to reach them. Never got reimbursed and will no longer be ordering from Pizza Hut. So to whoever you were working on Sunday I hope our pizza was great since we never got it and your tip was not deserved. Please do better!

They completely got my order wrong ,it took me about 38 min to there and back home to find out pizza was doughy I asked them to cook it extra,I ordered traditional wings they gave me boneless,they over cooked bread sticks.i called to complain and wanted a refund they would only give me partial credit that I half to use in 30 days to order more nasty food from them. Would not be going back!

We stopped here because the original place we were going to eat had an hour and a half wait. We had been traveling and they were very accommodating. This location is primarily a pick up, but they allowed us to use the seating and eat while we were there. The employee checked on us several times our food was excellent.

Ordered my Pizza an hour ago and still no Pizza. I called and was told they can’t give me an ETA because they don’t know where the delivery drivers are at. I will never order Pizza Hut again.
Edit: Pizza finally arrived nice and cold just like everyone enjoys. It only verifies that they don’t care. The Hamilton store clearly needs new management.

Ordered 2 of the pasta. Only got one. Didn’t notice until I got home. I call multiple times, no one answers the phone. I call corporate number and left a message. Never heard back. Plus the pizza sucks compared to the other pizza options in Sioux City. Never eating from here again.

Did two orders with them. When I called to tell them one of the pizzas were not delivered and to an elderly couple for that matter. They said the order had been canceled. Really so I canceled an order and still paid for it NO! Said it would be deliverd in 30 minutes. Had to call a second time and then they put two other orders in front of it. So 1 1/2 later pizza finally delivered. Such horrible service.

Placed an order online, when I arrived to pick up my order no one came to the window, I waited for 35 minutes. I honked several times. I then got out to try and go inside, the lobby was closed, but I could see the workers in the back on their phones. The cars in the back were on and warming up as if they were waiting for us to leave to not serve us. I will not be back here again, as well as I will inform others to not go here. Probably one of the most irritating experiences I’ve had in a long time.

This Pizza Hut is amazing!!! Melissa the lady at the front counter was very helpful and polite and patient while my Mom and I were ordering, she was a great time to talk with and very funny, respectful and sweet, there was a younger gal that was there as well and she was very sweet and she was also working tonight at the Hamilton Pizza Hut as well! I really enjoy coming here the pizza is always fresh and at the best quality. It came at a perfect time and it just felt very welcome in there it’s amazing how kind people can be! This PIZZA HUT ROCKS!!
