My order was not on time for pick up. I was able to see the employee making it and had my iced coffee sit and melt while she had finished every thing else for another online order. I understand orders take time but there was no communication. This was my
first time ordering a yogurt parfait and I saw her grab a premade one from the fridge, it tasted very sour and I didn’t even finish my bite. My iced coffee had no flavor that I could taste. I was very disappointed.

Where’s the sandwich fixings!?? Only one bite had peppers in it half of my sandwich had no meat! No tomatoes or arugula which is what the description annotated. And I was given a small drink for my drink club!

I have not had issues before but during todays visit, this is the lettuce that was on my sandwich. After finishing what I could I spoke with manager on duty, Amber, just wanted her aware of the lettuce. She smiled, said she would speak with them. I walk away with the plate of lettuce. I can see how the conversation went. “It was a little brown, not bad.” Advice from one manager to another, show them! Overall my son and I’s meal did not taste well, and was not worth $32.

The food was delicious, however, the clerk had trouble ringing up the coupon, so we used another code.. ( later found out it was app only) but, lunch for 2 WITH the $5 off was still over $37… that’s too high for us when it’s basically self serve .. I picked up beverages and another trip to get sandwiches.. I didn’t feel like I needed to leave a tip … my husband was still hungry ( )

Panera has become very popular in the communities they serve because of the wide selection of delicious and nutritious foods. Also, it’s a good meeting spot for small groups. There is usually plenty of seating and parking is convenient. Some of the Panera foods are also available in grocery stores.

Aside from past issues with DoorDash delivery, this cafe is 5-star. Staff is friendly and my orders have almost always been accurate…and I order here A LOT (maybe too much). They took my advice one time and put stickers over the openings at the top of the drink cups in an effort to secure the food from any possible tampering but only once and the sticker is a half measure. Please consider securing drinks inside of a delivery bag secured at the top with more than one tiny sticker! I don’t like to use McDonalds as a reference but they do it right!
P.S. Panera bosses need to rework the packaging plan for the mini scones! They were soft and stuck together in a clump of frosting at the bottom. See photo

I ordered two of the flat bread pizzas. The Margherita and the pepperoni. They were both delicious! Made fast, hot and by a very friendly staff! Place was clean. Perhaps a bit pricey but, overall definitely worth it!
