Friendly service, Easy to order online and ready when i picked up but the wings were room temperature, and seemed to have touched other flavors. 1 tasted like mustard and the other was a sweet sauce. One of my wings looked both under and over cooked (not sure how). The fries were great and not the soggy ones like normal.

So lowkey if you’re craving wingstop you might want to go to a different location. I have this consistent problem with this location and it’s the lack of seasoning. I get the same thing everytime, hot honey rub sandwich, hot honey rub fries, and sometimes tenders with hot honey rub. I get extra seasoning on both items and consistently I either get what I asked for or I get none at all. This is lowkey starting to piss me off. Stuff like this ruins your day

Terrible location. Never, never have half soda flavors. Zero food consistency. I live 3 minutes away. Today is the last time I come to this location. I don’t know if it’s ownership but this location is seriously trash. And when we are paying a premium for food it shouldn’t be this hard to get wha we paid for let alone go above and beyond.

You know what I have to come on here and really hand it to the ones who are in the kitchen and those who are in charge. I left a very long review almost in 2023. I was very disappointed with this place. My family and I refused to eat here, we would rather drive 15 minutes to Watuaga. Until one day my husband accidentally placed our order here. I would have rather ate something else than here, however we couldn’t cancel it. But to our surprise, the food was hot and fresh. Very tasteful. Alright time past by several weeks later, we decided to order again. Same thing, food was excellent. Just ordered for the 3rd time this past Friday 09/26, we ordered online. Our order was ready within 20 minutes. And again. They made everything to order. Everything was well done as we like it and cooked to perfection. So I have to say Wingstop yall did that! Not sure if they are under new management but they really did listen to the customers and our complaints and made some positive changes! I feel confident spending my money and eating here to get my wing fix!
Do the people around here not know how to make fresh food? Do yall not know of flavor or seasoning? This gotta be one of the most sorriest Wingstops. I mean these reviews aren’t lying. How come there is no change here? Is it corporate ran? If so someone needs to come and make some changes. When I first moved into the area, I ordered here I told the cashier I was scared to eat here because of the reviews on Google. She laughed and told me she would make sure my food was fresh. And it was. I’ve returned a few times after and the food is bogus. Aren’t yall suppose to blanch the fries? It don’t even seem like yall do. Wingstop is known for their fries. These are the most undercooked nastiest fries ever. Even the ranch be tasting different like they dont even follow the original recipe. Just recently my husband and I ordered from here which prompted me to leave this review. We usually get bone-in wings but we wanted to try the boneless wing deal and it was trash. The sauce made the wings cold. There was a piece of hair in the ranch. I don’t know if it’s the location, management, or because it looks like they got teenagers running this place but man get it together. I going to post a pic of how yalls fries should look(which is from another location) And then the ones this location serves!!

YAYYYYY!!!! You have made major improvements. I think it save to say things are running smoothly and the employees have the resources to do their job effectively. I ordered thru doordash and when I got my order today ( after major hesitation bc of issues with previous orders) I was EXTREMELY IMPRESSED. My food looked amazing, tasted amazing; the fries were cut right and everything. Hallelujah I didn’t have a bad experience today. Thank you for making it RIGHT.

Very disappointing. Ordered a mixed 50 pack with some boneless wings. We received all bone in wings. Also there was barely any seasoning on any of the wings. You would not have been able to guess the lemon pepper was lemon pepper. We only figured it out by process of elimination.

My order was disgusting. The fries were all different sizes i couldn’t figure out if they were wedges or fries they were all mixed together. they were not fresh and they were cold. i asked for well done chicken . it was not cooked to well done and was soggy from the pile of grease as though they didn’t drain them. this location has too many teens and as many times as I try to give this location the benefit of the doubt it’s a big disappointment. I spent $15 on a meal that I had to trash.

I been coming to this Wingstop on & off for years. I’m not sure if people are giving these low reviews to keep it as a secret but never during those times, I’d never experienced any issues. This Wingstop IS THE BEST IN TEXAS HANDS DOWN! I spent $121.34 Proudly for my family of 9. Everything came out fresh & piping hot as usual and even my family experienced this Wingstop for the first time in their lives says this is the best Wingstop they ever had. (My recommendation to them)
