It was early in the evening Sunday. We were heading to dinner for some delicious Thai food. As we drove through town, we decided to have a glass of wine. So, Carmela’s was on the way and boom! There we were at the bar, sipping a Chardonnay, tuning up our taste buds and listening to Stevie give us a rundown on what to eat.
Well, she mentioned a ricotta cheese cake….yeah, we said the same thing you’re thinkin’. We really need to comeback here and try it after dinner. So, we did! Wow, it was perfect! Add their espresso, hugged by a lemon twist, and it was over the top.
What a great evening! Thank you Stevie for your Wednesday pizza deal recommendation and your excellent service.

Really becoming disappointed with Carmela’s. Had pizza last week it was very soggy, the crust was hardly cooked. Tonight ordered three dinners Chicken Marsala, Chicken Franchise and a pasta dish. The food was awful. The Marsala sauce taste like someone dumped a pound of sugar in it, the Franchise was soaked in butter and very grizzly. This upsets me, we live around the corner and order from there quite a bit. Guess we need to find a new place.

Picked up a white pizza. Had it before and it was very good. Very disappointed this time. Bottom crust was almost burnt. Way too much mozzarella. Little ricotta. Garlic was overpowering. Will not go back.
