I stopped by One Allegiance to give their beers a try, and I found it quite nice. None of the beers in my flight had any off flavors, and they were all quite good quality. The staff was friendly, and the bar was comfortable. The food menu looked enticing, but I held off this time. Overall, I found it to be quite a nice place with a good selection of brews.

Found this place on our 1-night layover at MDW. The dry rubbed smoked wings were some of the best wings I have ever had and the In The Pit pizza was phenomenal. We each had a flight of beer, they have creative and delicious beer! Would recommend this place to anyone in the area!

Great place! Beer selection is great with a variety of options. I had the Allegiance Burger and the pizza along with the wings. All flavorful and cooked to perfection, with the wings having a smoky taste. Bartender was very attentive and provided outstanding customer service. Definitely coming back again.

Been here many times before but today was my worst experience. We came here for bar bingo, and since it’s a Wednesday there is usually only one person covering the tables. We understand that service might be slow. My girlfriend and I ordered food and drinks which came out right away. We also asked for water when our food came out.
Then we didn’t see our waitress for the rest of the night. Our waters never came out and I had to go to the bar to get water 20 minutes later. Our waitress also did not check on us for over 30 minutes at least and I’m not exaggerating. We would lock eyes with our waitress or get her attention just for her to stop one table before us and never come back.
We wanted to order more food and drinks but we were ignored. We saw her check every table in the place but ours numerous times. At a certain point it felt intentional, we had to ask the bartender to please get our waitress because she had not stopped by at all. She then came up to our table no apology, nothing. We had to ask for the check and then disappeared again. Did not ask if we wanted boxes or anything so had to ask for those as well. When she came back my girlfriend asked if we did something to offend her because we would get her attention and then she would always turn around one table before us. She said sorry it was busy and then ran off again.
We are easy going and not demanding customers. We always tip at least 20%. I am just completely dumbfounded by the service.

One Allegiance Brewing is a great spot, but what really made the experience stand out was Brooke behind the bar. She’s an amazing bartender—super friendly, high-energy, and genuinely engaging. Brooke is very knowledgeable about the beers and happy to help you find something you’ll love. Her positive vibe makes the brewery even more fun to hang out in. Highly recommend stopping by and catching her shift!

As longtime fans of OAB, we were excited to visit the kitchen when it opened. We sampled the pretzel bread, cheese curds, several pizzas, and nearly all the handhelds, along with the chocolate layer cake. Everything was delicious, and the portion sizes were impressive! Overall, we loved our experience and highly recommend giving it a try.

Holy nachos, batman… Asked for double the topping cause last time we ate all the topping and had a bunch of chips left… not this time. Not only are those one of the best nachos ever, they have fresh jalapenos and no olives. If you haven’t tried them you have to.

Chicken wings were terrible. Pretzel bites were more like salted bread bites. Got up and stuck $60 in one of the games, came back, and my 3/4 full $13 drink was gone along with the other half of the salted bread bites I was still working on. Not like my coat was sitting there or anything. It’s cool though, I’ll just stay home next time.

We haven’t been to One Allegiance in a little while. Wait, what, they have a kitchen now?!? Time to go check this out! We took a seat at the bar and ordered a couple of beers, Scooby Suds for me and Oktoberfest for her, both were delicious! I ordered the Allegiance burger and she got the pretzel bread. The burger was cooked perfectly and was absolutely delicious!! A must try for burger fans! She loved her pretzel bread too, I didn’t try it I was too busy cramming that burger down my throat. So glad to see they have food now. The place was nice and busy and the staff was plenty friendly. We’ll be back soon!
