What a Gem!
This place has to be unknown and undiscovered by many.
I know good Mexican food and there are not many places that good here in the Hillsboro area even all of Portland is Mexican food challenged.
Peppers is legit authentic fine made Mexican food!
The quality is very high and the flavors are superb!
You can tell the recipes are handed down a couple generations. I spoke to the owner and found they use fresh ingredients for their sauces hear that, means NO CAN sauces.
I’ve tried a few dishes already and all around the food is really tasty. Seems a little pricey until you taste and realize it’s worth every penny!
I highly recommend Peppers for dinner but Pablo makes the Best Cadillac Margaritas in the area a must have.
Peppers is my wife’s favorite local Mexican restaurant now.

The food here in my experiences have always been absolutely delicious. The margaritas are also delicious, my girlfriend and I love the spicy mango margarita the most. I’ve never had a bad experience with the staff either. Also, they held a fundraiser for a WCSO Deputy, so they have definitely earned my respect and will continue to be a regular customer.

This place is so great, the food is amazing. I really liked the steak burrito and blended mango margarita. There are plenty of vegetarian options. The serving sizes are very large, and you get a good deal for the price. They were very friendly and kept us stocked up with chips and salsa the whole time. They were very attentive in case we needed anything. This is a great place to visit, and I would definitely recommend it!

Glad to see them open again. Have to say the food is a Lil more geared towards white people now; but, I guess that’s the majority of their customers now. The food presentation was great. All bright colors and smelled and tasted fresh. Thought the enchiladas could do without the nutmeg, that was weird and unpleasant. Everything else was delicious. The staff was quick, and friendly. And a decent price.

Good food. Well maintained. Tampico gives you variety in one plate. Do try Tampico. They even sanitize their menu book. I was waiting to visit this place since people talked about this restaurant on facebook group.

Great Authentic Mexican food! Our server was Daniel, and he was Great! Service was excellent and friendly, food came out hot and fresh. Portion is great for the price, and the raste is superb. I would highly recommend Pepper’s to anyone!

Best cinco de mayo Margarita and food I have had in a longtime. Peppers is a town favorite and anyone who comes to visit Hillsboro needs to check out Peppers! Also a great outdoor patio too!
