We stopped in forca late lunch. We shared a 10-piece chicken wings, then we each had a sandwich plate. I had Brisket sandwich plate with Mac-N-Cheese. She had the Pulled Pork sandwich plate with Coleslaw. Both sandwiches were meaty. The BBQ sauce was tasty, and we both enjoyed our side dishes. The wings were very good too. Hot crispy out of the fryer and sauced just right. The service was just as good as the food, as soon as we walked in the door. This Dickey’s is underrated, but we will be visiting again!

Horrible experience. No one in the store when I arrived. Finally, an employee came in the store from outside. Told the employee I had a to go order but employee stated they don’t take online orders. I showed the employee the receipt with the same location as this store and still said they don’t take online orders. He said I could just call corporate for a refund but did not have the number. Go to my car and call only just to have to leave a message. I go back in the store and show the employee on the Dickey’s website it says the restaurant you order at should give you the refund. The employee still said he could do anything. Asked to talk to anybody else and then he agreed to make the food. The food had no flavor or barely any toppings on the chopped baker. Will never go here again!! Awful experience with no customer service! Not sure how they are still open!

I now know why I had to ask were they open….nobody was in there and I know why. 2 Rib bones after the cashier said 3-4 and a dab of brisket shreds. The chicken was pretty good but for $2 more I could’ve gotten a big Rudy’s plate. Not smokey at all……. Never ever again…..disappointing. Yall gotta be careful in TX serving bbq like this…..

The food was great, hot and good size portions. The gentleman at the register, Jaime, was very helpful! He was patient, checked prices for me and navigated through the menu. Dining room was spotless! Will be going back!

I visited the Dickey’s Barbecue Pit in Little Elm, Texas, around 1 PM during lunchtime. When I walked in, I initially thought I was the only person there because no one came to assist me for about five minutes. Eventually, I noticed an employee asleep in the bar area. After waking him, he eventually took my order, but the whole situation felt unprofessional.
To make matters worse, the soda machine was out of order, and customers were left to pour drinks from nearly empty 2-liter soda bottles. This setup felt unsanitary and unprofessional. After asking, I received a new bottle, but the entire situation was quite disappointing.
When I got my food, the baked potato I ordered was missing, and the employee insisted I hadn’t ordered it, which added to my frustration. The worst part is the food was stale and tasted like it had been sitting out for a long time. Overall, this experience was far below what I expect from Dickey’s Barbecue Pit. The owner needs to address these issues to uphold the brand’s reputation. I won’t be returning to this location.

Dickies BBQ in general, at one time, was a decent place to grab a quick BBQ dinner at a reasonable price. Now I’m not sure how they stay in business. Now they’re just fast food BBQ, and not good at that. Never again.

Ordered food for pick up, arrived and no one is working the counter or to be seen.
Arrived and I saw a drink wasn’t with the order so I asked for my drink with the western combo I ordered but he said there is no drink with the sandwich combo. I specifically remember selecting a drink but he said it’s not on the receipt so I don’t get one. Here is a screen shot of the dickeys app and what all is included with the western combo.

I’ve ordered many items and now I know a couple things they do well. My last 2 orders have been messed up. No one to contact. Wrong items and missing items. The app is difficult and doesn’t allow items to be added. I’ll go inside the store tomorrow and talk to someone. We are in the Mecca for mediocre restaurants. When you find a few items at a place you like but can’t get it delivered properly is disheartening.

Food cold ,nasty. took 5 try’s to get order right. beans tasted like they came out of a can, BBQ sauce no flavor tasted like watered down tomato sauce. Prices higher then the BBQ tenders down the street. refused to take Dickies gift card said nothing on it showed them the receipt and the web site showing balance still refused. Rude people and no prices on any menu. Would never go back. Suggest don’t waste your money!!!!!!!

If you have tried a Dickeys and didn’t love it, you should erase that from your memory and try this new location. This was such a great experience. Everything was excellent! The food, the service, the speed of service, the atmosphere – everything exceeded our expectations. This is a great family owned business that you should support!
