Food:showed up around 5:13pm and the pizza was just downright cold.
Service: called them placed my order waited about an hour for delivery and called them back because it was taking really long they said only 45 minutes I called them back they put me on hold for about 4 minutes and they said it’s ready for pickup and I told them I placed it for delivery, they tried to tell me I called them back to say I was picking it up but I never did that then the lady persisted to tell me to come to the store to pick it up when neither me nor my friend have a car. Keep in mind the place isn’t too far from where we are. But the point is we requested delivery. She then after that straight hung on me and I called her again to cancel and the lady stated that the order was “just walking out the door” another 15 minutes rolled by and we received the order around 5:13pm as stated at the top of this complaint and we called again to have a pizza exchange and its currently 5:26pm and nothing yet I’ll give it about 25-30 more minutes for another review on what they bring us this time.
Atmosphere: I have no idea who’s working there but the the person who answered the phone seemed to be the same one who delivered my pizza. It was $23.91 for a plain jumbo they are not getting a tip from me for sure and I will not be ordering from here anymore they should let us keep this pizza and our new one for the wait. I’m currently ending this note at 5:35pm

I really enjoy Franks Pizza! Today, I went with my usual order: a large pizza, wings, and fries. I have to say, the pizza was fantastic—packed with so much sauce and absolutely delicious. Even my son couldn’t help but comment on it! The new person making the pizza is fantastic, and the staff are always so pleasant and friendly.

Called asked for a pizza I have ordered several times and was never an issue. The lady on the phone was very rude and refused to even try to understand how I wanted my pizza. Then I send my dad in there because I just can’t deal with rude people. And you guys sell him a pizza one size smaller than what we ordered. The wings we ordered were supposed to be mild they gave us HOT. This was a 60$ order and was a HUGE waste of money. Never eating there again. Get it together she lied to my dad told him the pizza was the largest one they sell knowing damn well we’ve gotten them bigger before.

Was in town for a funeral and decided to order to our hotel. The delivery took an hour and that is fine. We know they are busy. I did have my first philly cheese steak. It was good but really lacked flavor. Otherwise we would order again.

My family loves Franks Pizza! My wife and kids love the mild buffalo wings, we usually order the largest size they have. I order the wings dry, with the mild buffalo sauce on the side. The pizza is really tasty too! We usually order takeout most of the time, the service is pretty fast. The girls there are always very nice, and welcoming. Delivery has been good too!

Excellent food and quick service. Food came steaming hot and tasted great. They forgot my extra cheese sauce on the side but everything was still great. The price was really good too. Definitely will be ordering from here again!

Wing, french fry, and coleslaw platter was good. HOT sauce was original buffalo flavor, very good flavor and perfect amount of heat. Platter and soda for under 12$, very friendly staff also.
