This place was delicious! I highly recommend the catfish with coleslaw and hush puppies. The fillets were huge, seasoned perfectly and cooked just like my Mom used to make ‘em. My husband got a cheeseburger and sweet potatoe fries which was awesome too! We’ll be back for sure!

Ordered fried pickles and zucchini. Portions we tiny. Did not even fill up one basket for both orders. I did not even know i had gotten the zucchini until I moved the pickles. Services was great. Very aware and kind. Definitely not worth what I paid. But not horrible. Ish

Hungry for lunch, we arrived shortly before 11 and were seated promptly. This is A small restaurant northwest of downtown do parking is easy. I have eaten here before and I knew I wanted to come back. We ordered fish tacos (grilled) and fried catfish with hushpuppies, coleslaw, fries, sweet/hot pickles. Everything was so flavorful. I could eat an entire jar of those pickles. Three tacos were served on my plate and the fish was well seasoned. The lettuce was not shredded. I hate shredded lettuce. The hush puppies we’re delicious. The restaurant is easy to get to with adequate parcking. Located on corner of W Morton St and N Armstrong. There is seating outside on a small porch. The cost of the meal is reasonable for the amount for what we were served. Casual setting. Our server is a doll. She was friendly and made great recommendations. We encourage you to try it out! We are coming back!

I truly don’t understand all the good reviews for this place. We ordered a burger (clearly frozen, extremely bland patty) with steak fries (barely cooked, like eating a raw potato) and a Philly cheesesteak (awful, bland steakums meat) w/onion rings (ok, but definitely not great)
The amount charged is way too much for this mediocre food. Rooting for y’all, but you gotta do better. Money is too precious right now to waste on awful food. Very disappointed.

LET ME TELL YOU SOMETHING! This location is the exactly named appropriately because the Cheesburger with American cheese, grilled onions, lettuce, tomatoes and pickles on toasted buns is just PERFECT! The patty was seasoned perfectly! The buns were toasted and buttered just right! If I had a choice to have this delivered to the DFW, I would. The lemmon pepper wings were also out-of-this-world. Also seasoned just perfectly. Please, if you are ever in this location, I highly highly recommend eating here. The staff was so very friendly and courteous. Outdoor patio with TV also available

Stumbled upon this place heading north to Texoma. We had chicken and waffles, fried catfish, wings, fries, onion rings, the works. Everything was great and what made it even better was the staff. Highly recommend this place. We will come back.
