We stopped here for lunch and for dinner later the same night. We came on a recommendation from one of the locals that we were working with. The restaurant itself is not that large, so make sure to come early if you want a seat.
The staff is extremely friendly and very knowledgeable about all the items on the menu. Up to this point, we had been pretty disappointed with the food so far in Riverton.
I had the French dip sandwich for lunch and then the steak salad the next day. Both items were delicious and renewed my faith in good food in Wyoming. I also had a latte which was also very good. I can see why the place is packed all the time and while it was a little more than most places in town, it was worth it.

Great service! If you are a foody like me Roasted Bean & Cousine is definitely a must stop, especially if you are on a road trip and want to have a wonderful lunch! Believe me when I say I have stopped at restaurants all over in my travels and this will remain on my list to come back to.

The atmosphere is clean and friendly. The food was delicious plus filling, and the Bavarian Cream came in three individual dessert cups with raspberry, caramel, and blueberry on top making my eyes and mouth do a happy dance. Thanks so much Roasted Bean & Cuisine!!! Well done.

We stopped by while on vacation. The Roasted Bean was recommended by a couple of local guys while we were getting gas. It was everything they said it would be. The service was great, the atmosphere, was great, and the food was excellent, and at a fair price too. Even though it was very busy we felt like we were exceptionally taken care of.

Passing through town and stopped for a bite to eat. My husband said his Reuben was fantastic and, as someone with strict dietary restrictions, I really appreciated the Resolution Platter. Wish that was an option on more menus. Friendly staff, quick service, good food!
