I placed my order at 10:21. It was supposed to be delivered at 11:45. It is now 12:27 and the app is saying that my order has been canceled. It has never been delivered. Nobody told me that it wasn’t going to be delivered. I’m starving to death and the store is now closed. Zero out of 10. This picture is of the table where my pizza should have been!

My wife ordered a pizza through mobile. Arrived shortly after the pizza was finished. She then proceeded to wait for 15 minutes until she asked for me to call the store to see if anyone was actually working there. I called the store, went through the prompts, hit the prompt for a manager to answer. I sat on hold for 6 minutes til someone said “thank you for calling papa John’s, please hold.” And then proceeded to hang up. He finally realized she was standing there waiting after receiving my call. It’s literally like that every time. Go to lil ceasers. It’s right next to it.

Bummed about how I received my delivery. As you see below, the delivery driver didn’t care about our pizzas, or remember the complete order. There were also no tamper seal stickers on the boxes. I’ve had better experiences but the “manager” said he was too busy and didn’t apologize either.

The pizza probably would’ve been fantastic to eat. But considering they left it on my front porch, didn’t even ring the doorbell or anything And ants got all over it. The funny thing is I had a $20 bill for the delivery driver
If they would’ve had some decency And rang the doorbell, a couple times or knocked on the door but they didn’t.
I’ve ordered from them several times before and never had this issue.
Next time, I’ll just pick my pizza up

Unfortunately it won’t let put zero stars!!! Absolutely the worse prepared pizza, no pride in their work to let something like this pizza (see photos).
Ask for extra garlic sauce and pepperoncini, tag shows +1, but open the box and NOPE!!?

“Papa Johns” handles its lunch time service at this location. On arrival, was one woman rocking the whole kitchen. She obviously takes pride in her work. Very delicious✌️. All being said. I have never ordered dinner. Perhaps its just as good ♂️

I recently ordered from this Papa John’s and I couldn’t be more impressed! They cooked my food perfectly and went above and beyond with their amazing service. Despite it being New Year’s Eve, my order came quickly and was absolutely delicious. They truly killed it! Highly recommend!

Our pizza was delivered without notice and left on the floor in front of our door for who knows how long. Gross. I was told that the owner refuses to hire drivers to save money and unfortunately there is no way to hold DoorDash drivers accountable for the condition of your order when it arrives. The store has no idea who is delivering your food. Very unsafe.
