First time ever trying Dunkin’ and I gotta say, very disappointing. Especially for the price of everything, absolutely ridiculous.
All of our breakfast sandwiches were completely smushed and stuck the wrapper. As well as all of our “hashbrowns” that were smashed and stuck to the paper. They also tasted like something out of the air fryer. All in all very gross and not properly packaged. Not going back.

I usually have a good experience here. This morning (Oct 20th 2025) I arrived to this location at 04:55am…5 mins early from opening. I sat in the drive thru patiently until they opened. I was greeted with a “sorry we open at 5am how may I help you?” I didn’t think anything of it and ordered my food. I get to the window and the young lady that took my order then says ” I know you wanna to be first here, but we open at 5 and you sat there for 500 seconds which ruins our clock time to get orders out. Can you wait behind the line of where intercom is next time?” I asked was there not a way she could get on the intercom to let me know? She then told me she was busy and didn’t see me sitting there on her camera and headphones were off. And then she proceeded to tell me they open at 5 again and closed the windows after giving me my food. No good morning…have a good day…nothing. Im not entitled to that greeting or anything but she came off very rude and I feel she could’ve handled this better than she did. I hope this reaches the right manager to address issues like this.

Impeccable location! The manager was at the register (probably from short staffing) and exceptionally friendly! Very impressive person in the right position with the company! The coffee ☕️ was hot and the donuts were outstanding! The employees just made it that much better! Great job!

My family and I were in from out of town. We don’t have a Dunkin’ back home so for several years now it’s been a tradition to make sure we find one when we are in “Dunkin’ Territory”.

This one was one of our favorites. In fact, we visited 4-5 times while we were on town. It was probably one of the cleanest ones we’ve ever been too. Also, staff were some of the friendliest we’ve encountered at a Dunkin’. Food and drinks were good as well. Overall, a great Dunkin’ experience.

The Avocado Toast was so delish. Chocolate munchkins were ok. But the bacon wrap didn’t taste good. The bacon was not right. The drive thru was backed up. Inside wait was long. The cashier looked confused. I received old jam. It tasted expired. It didn’t move or shake like jam.

I ordered off the app I got what I got I guess. Which was Iced coffee with caramel drizzle which was good but it felt like it was sitting there for a while. My coffee had whipped cream but it was melted already then my donuts that I got were melted too. My long jhon I got had no custard in it which i thought being a donut place thats how you make them to have custard in them but when i got mine it had all the frosting just melted off it. Its been a while since I tried it and I don’t know if I want to spend my money here again if this is going to be how its going to be.

I’ve been to this Dunkin’ Donuts many times and it’s always the same terrible experience.
They never give napkins or ketchup, and when you ask, they hand you just one or two.
The coffee is awful—always without sugar, no matter how you order it, and it tastes like water instead of real coffee.
Customer service is also extremely poor.
This place really needs serious improvement.

I’ve had some good experiences with Dunkin in the past, but this particular Dunkin takes the fast out of fast food, I stopped by on my way to work, the McDonalds next door was full so I thought why is there no line at Dunkin, I soon found out, ordered a breakfast sandwich, hashbrowns and a med dark roast coffee, simple right? well by the time I actually got my food there were 8 cars behind me, there were none when I started, no urgency on the part of staff, got to my office(late) around the corner and my sandwich was cold, the hash browns as you can see barely had anything in it, and the coffee was full of coffee grounds. SMH do better geez

The employees are not being trained about what is on their menu. I went around 5:30pm today (sunday august 24), ordered a vanilla creme coldbrew and the guy working there didnt know what that was. When I corrected him and said it was literally on the menu and described the drink, he looked confused. Im out almost $5 because he messed it up twice and the 2nd try he gave me looked like tea with cold foam. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve been and asked for a Vanilla Creme Cold brew and been handed a pale cold brew with cream and vanilla as if I ordered iced coffee. There is literally a menu item AND picture. Teach these workers what is on the menu and how to make it. Management needs to do better because every time I go I don’t know if I’m gonna get a batista that knows anything.
