Worst experience I’ve ever had at a Taco Bell! Placed an order an hour in advanced drove All the way there just to wait at the speaker for 20m no answer called 3 times no pickup just for someone to finally come up to the window and say they ran out of food? Why would it say that when it says your order is ready for pickup? No refund was issued just a free taco coupon? Cmon that’s ridiculous!!! Food was good , served up fast . Just very surprised they had no regular taco sauce. We were told they don’t have it anymore . One employee was yelling in the back at another employee. They need an adult in the place . Too many kids working there !

Please take my advice and drive right by this particular taco bell in St Marys. Do not give them the satisfaction of ripping you off. It’s hard to fathom how this taco bell could still be in business. This establishment simply boils down to poor ownership. Be very aware of what you’re eating.

First of all, this is a taco bell. The same menu and same food you can get at any Taco Bell. I think where this particular Taco Bell sets itself apart is its service. The employees here are always professional and friendly and hustle to get your order up. We’ve never experienced any order problems at this location so we just keep coming back for more!

I took my client for dinner twice to Taco Bell. He likes soft tacos with meat and cheese. No lettuce. The first time, he received crunchy tacos. The second time, he had crunchy tacos, but a lot of lettuce. He is a 14 year old with Autism. He wouldn’t let me take them back to the counter.

I am a dasher, so I’m in and out of here all the time daily for the past 3 years. This place is the cleanest restaurant in town . Always short staffed . However, they are friendly and quick, very clean, and make everything fresh, no sitting on warmers. Very clean atmosphere all the time. The management makes sure of it.. budget prices.
