I loved the patties. The contrast between the airy, crisp pastry and the luscious filling makes each bite irresistibly delightful, a perfect balance of texture of flaky puff, its layers crisped to perfection, encasing a rich and savory chicken filling. I’m not from the area decided to stop by to buy something since I’m visiting a friend and the stop was worth it. The person who took care of me took the time to explain each item and give me suggestions.

Very bad service! I was told my patties could be picked up at 9am but was told they forgot about Daylight Savings Time. If you are a business then behave like a business. I had to get my patties at 10am. What made it even worse was that we paid for beef and salt fish patties and all of the patties were chicken! They are very disrespectful and should be shut down! Their bread is terrible! They need to learn from Le Bon Pain! I will never order from there and discourage anyone else from ordering from them.

First off the service and smile you’re greeted with is warm and friendly, you feel like you are with family. The bread is always fresh and delicious, cakes, cookies, the angel wings all so delectable. Let’s also not forget the amazing patties, that come in multiple varieties. A must go if you want the best of the best!

. 9 times out of 10 they’re not ready yet and we have to wait for them to be put in the oven or come out of the oven.Considering the parking is lacking in the neighborhood, it’s difficult to keep your car double parked and wait fifteen to twenty minutes each time, even after you’ve called ahead.

Ordered 3 different kinds of paté last week the ones that were supposed to be cod fish had no filling. The beef and the chicken were barely spiced. The quality is inconsistent.

Honestly by far when it comes to Customer Service Pates Plus Bakery gets an A plus for sure. The gentleman there are always very personalable, patient, all across the board nice guys & I have to add that everything from the pates, food & everything is always on point.
