Idk if they changed owners or what but by far last couple times I have got from here food quality has went way down yesterday ordered the birria Ramen bowl and got it with no flavor not even the added birria tasted like birria and they must forgot the season packet for the Ramen cuz this time the bowl was so bland no spice like it usually packs then time before got the birria tacos came with no cilantro no lime or onion and again the birria didn’t even have flavor like normal birria that has so many flavors that hit all the taste buds they for sure went way down hill and ill sadly probably never order there again which sucks they were the only place in town to sell birria but now their birria sucks and is bland which any Mexican establishment or any Mexican dish ever lacks flavour or spices but theirs at vip for sure lacks alot sad see my favorite taco spot go down hill and lose my biz

You can easily miss this place, but it’s worth checking out for sure! They have some great Tacos, and try the churros. This is a food truck with outside seating. I am not completely sure what is with the building. It may have an indoors section. If you’re looking for Queso Barria Tacos, this is the place. If you like the whole in the wall type places that are good, this is one to try! They take cards and cash, bilingual service too.

I freakin love this VIP taco truck!!! I’ve been going to these guys since they started right across from startek back in 2016!!! I have followed them everywhere they have relocated to because I feel that they’re that good!!! Currently they sit on North Avenue across from AutoZone. My favorite item that I typically always get is the Chicharrón tacos along with the rice and beans. Their salsa is homemade and better than a lot of sauces I’ve ever had at taco trucks. Tonight I actually got there Tapatio Bria Ramen soup, so good and a meal on its own!!! They definitely take credit cards and they have beeper’s so you could sit comfortably wherever you choose to sit.

I have my usual go to taco trucks around town, but I have always heard excellent things about this place and it seemed to always get recommended.
Finally tired it the other day, order asada tacos and asada gorditas. The asada was honestly so bland and flavorless and the tortillas were just soaked in cooking oil. The salsa was not pleasing either. No spice and super watered down. The Gorditas, I’m not too sure what happened with those but they were a major fail. If you are looking for the best gorditas in town, go to Rubis taco truck by sprouts. They hands down win the Gordita game. I’m really bummed that was experience there was terrible.

The tacos were the best tacos I’ve eaten ever. Also the Birria fries were excellent! I had the chicken tacos and horchata and the birria fries. Service was super fast and friendly and the outdoor seating was nice and shaded. I believe there is also indoor seating available but I did not go inside.

What a great find! We tried three different tacos, the pork, chorizo, and the steak. Ask three tacos were delicious. The pork was my favorite and the green sauce was delicious too. I’ll definitely be going back to this location to try more of their tacos.

Great selection of taco proteins! Very convient to order on their website then pick up. The food was ready when we arrived to pickup and made it back to the room hot and delicious. Highly recommend the Adobada and Birria tacos if you’re a fan of pork!
