this was my first time at Chili’s and it’s fantastic!! The service was terrific. The food is terrific. Also, my son is in a wheelchair so the building is very very accessible as far as the restrooms go–Your entrance stores are not accessible. But I was lucky enough to have a member of your staff notice That we were coming to the door and that we needed help. Thank you again

We absolutely love Chilis and usually eat at the Appleton location. We ordered the triple dipper with our favorites southwest egg rolls chicken crispers and fried mozzarella… Everything tasted slightly off..the egg rolls are always my favorite I took one bite and was done..yucky.Walls were very dirty definitely done with Chili’s.

Great experience everytime we come here. Food is fresh and delicious. Our servers are friendly and knowledgeable of the menu and our drinks were always filled. The cheese pull is real folks sooooo good!

Ordered food online and what we received had additional items present mixed in with the food we did order. This was a problem as my wife has severe allergies and what we received would put her in the hospital. Upon calling the store to figure out how to fix the situation both the server and manager implied that we were lying about the situation and it was somehow Doordash’s fault. The manager then continued to waffle between various lies (“oh I can’t do anything be cause we’re so busy right now”, to “oh we’re not busy right now I can fix this problem…”).
The manager said we would receive a “full refund voucher” in 3 to 5 business days. Over a week later, still nothing. Contacted corporate customer service, honestly not because of the food mixup, it happens, but mostly because I don’t appreciate being lied to. After a bit of back and forth we finally do receive a voucher, but only after accepting the voucher do they let you know that it’s only usable when you are physically present at the location. The fact that we’re already dealing with vouchers instead of actual refunds like every other functional country on the planet is just another way Chili’s can continue to screw over their customers.
Really apparent that Chili’s has gone down hill year after year. Overpriced microwave foods and borderline illiterate staff. Curious to see how many more years until Chili’s ends up the next “Red Lobster” and buckles across the country.

My husband and I were out for the afternoon and decided to stop at Chili’s. We were greeted by friendly staff. We sat at the bar and had a great experience with the bartender who was attentive and made recommendations on what to try. The manager, Cameron, stopped by to check in on us. She was very friendly and made sure we had a good visit!! We will be back again to visit.

Ordered take out. Burger was super salty and bun fell apart. Chips for the trio were extremely salty. Corn tortillas for fajitas were uncooked. Steak well done and dry. Will pass next time.

Friendly staff and our waitress Leilani was great. One of the best burgers ever and good fries. I had the 3 for me Just Bacon Burger with bowl of chili with fries. Great deal. My wife had the lunch combo half order chicken ranch quesadillas. Very good .

We came in on a Sunday right before 9pm to celebrate a late Mother’s Day with 15 adults add 5 kids, because we had a busy day. The front person told us we cannot serve you. We said we can be separated but she said they sent some of the staff home. Not my problem, your hours are open until 10pm. I work every day taking care of people and making sure they are satisfied. I expect other customer service locations to give me the same service. I had to put one star just to post this, I would give this a zero.

Had a problem with a fooddelivery service due to a snowstorm, and the staff were extremely helpful in fixing it! Finally caught a Lyft to come pick up my food, and they had it remade for me within 20 minutes. The staff were extremely personable, and attentive in helping me to fix my problem. Chad is an amazing server/bartender, and Owen is a great manager! 10 out of 10 experience, will gladly return!

Went to Chillis about a week ago, completely forgot this happened until my son mentioned it, but right when we walked in, the host was playing some video game on the computer at the front. I am absolutely disgusted by their management, I see a lot of other reviews mentioning their unprofessional staff (especially their hosts) yet nothing seems to change, in that department. The food was overall okay, nothing super special but edible. Our server was nice, and our drinks came out quickly. Still just shocked at the complete lack of good management and staff.
