Had an amazing experience here. The Afghani food was absolutely delicious the pulao, rosh, and chappli kebab were all full of flavor and cooked perfectly. You can really taste the authenticity in every bite. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, which made the visit even better. Would definitely recommend this place and will be coming back again.

Coming here with my family for the first time to try Afghani food, the depth of flavors and hospitality left an unforgettable impression. We were speechless as we feasted on the kebabs, dumplings, chicken, bread, rice, and soup. The service was friendly and exceptionally accommodating. With its ample seating area and welcoming atmosphere, Afghan Darbar is a place I can see being great for any occasion, from iftar with family to a celebratory dinner with friends. I hope to be back. Portions are generous and prices are reasonable. Thank you Afghan Darbar!

I had an amazing experience at Afghanistan Darbar Restaurant. The food was absolutely delicious — Allahumma barik to the owner for preparing such high-quality dishes full of flavor. Yasmin provided excellent customer service; she was friendly, attentive, and made me feel very welcome. I drove all the way from Chicago for a business trip, my brother and my mom came along with me. I personally never had “Afghan food” this was by far the best food I’ve ever had being a cultural food. The complimentary soup was really good, then seasonings hit the spot, we ordered a platter which fed 3 people + leftovers for home. The customer service great and it felt like if you were eating at home comfortably giving that good afghan kitchen cooked food vibes.

Disappointing Experience – Let Down by Food Quality and Accuracy – so annoying.
Unfortunately, this was a disappointing experience, especially given the expectations I had going in. They really let themselves down by serving the food shown in the attached picture.
The Chicken Karahi, while the sauce itself had a nice, flavorful base, was mostly bones with barely any meat. It felt more like an afterthought than a properly prepared dish. For something that’s typically the centerpiece of a meal, this was a real letdown.
I had also ordered Chapli Kebabs, but instead, they sent a biryani — which added to the frustration. Even worse, the biryani was about 90% plain rice with barely any visible or edible meat, making it feel like filler rather than a main course. Not only was the order incorrect, but the replacement dish was poorly executed too.
The naan was one of the few acceptable parts of the meal. It was okay in terms of taste, but unfortunately far too heavy and doughy, lacking the lightness and crisp edges you’d expect from freshly baked naan.
Overall, poor attention to order accuracy, underwhelming portions, and a lack of value for money made this a frustrating experience I won’t be rushing to repeat.

I don’t know how to they get 5 star they don’t deserve even 1 star I bought one full aluminum rice chicken and lamb. rice a lot of oil is not good to eat for your health with a lot of oil I didn’t eat I dumped to the garbage lamb is not cooked very well is not safe to eat don’t wasting your money if you like alot of oil u don’t care your health is the right place for you

I don’t know how this place has 5 stars ?? we went here expecting fresh food , we ended up leaving almost all of it on the table, he heated the rice in the microwave (you can tell ) the chicken was cold inside , the talbes were not super clean as they suppose , the customer service was colder ..i believe they still use their mentality of backhome & thata not healthy for their business sorry its the truth ♂️

We are visiting from out of town, and I rushed to review it because the meal was so incredibly delicious. I wish we had a place like this in Florida. The service was great and everything we ordered was fresh and flavorful.
