Ordered a well-done pizza Oreo bites, and cheese sticks. There is definitely a difference since they moved to 5th Ave. The bread isn’t the same, different in the way it rises. The pizza was not well done as asked, as you can see, even the onions aren’t cooked. This tells me it went into the oven 1 time and not cooked longer. So I didn’t want it after the first piece. The Oreo Bites were the same…doughy. they tasted good but it was like eating wet cake, so after the second piece it was a no for texture. Cheese sticks were fine but again there is something about the dough…very flat and uneven but it was cooked and fine. Also, to me at least, the sauce is very very sweet reminding me of Gino’s….which I cannot stand. One reason I get light sauce. I offered to send pictures but they said it was unnecessary and would credit me another pizza. Honestly. January was the last time I ordered from them until now. Food is like 2.5, customer service 4 cost is average.

Im 4 slices deep in the bbq chicken bacon pizza. I subbed onion for more bacon. The buy any pizza bogo 1 topping comes out to 8.50$ per pizza now if you go with 1 topping or 2$ more for specialty and 3$ more for stuff crust. And 5$ more for cheese bread in the deals menu. Can confirm. Is slap. No regrets. Drive on down there. Order first.

Went to this pizza place and the young black man working made me feel like I was disgusting because I asked him if they had any food they wanted to throw out. I had a rough couple months and didn’t even want to ask for a hand out but I went in to buy a pizza I ordered and paid for with my cash tips I had earned that day and the man looked at me and said “mm struggling are we” quite rudely and then I just said not to worry about it and he sarcastically said “ya sure” with a smirk on his face. I’ve never felt so belittled in my entire life and I hope he has the worse life imaginable for making me feel so small. Whoever is in charge of this building needs to get their shit in order.

I just ordered a Papa Dippa and it seems like some sick experiment on “What humans will eat”. It was an underdone Alfredo and tomato sauce *mix* with a trio of sauces that are awful. I also ordered a philly cheese steak pizza. It had the absolute minimum of what someone could call meat. It was made with too much white sauce. If the crust was cut thinner it could be classified as pasta.
Don’t order here. Just read this and order Giovanni’s. You’ll thank yourself.

Ordered Papa pairings, a pizza (great), cheese sticks that had hardly ANY cheese ( the bread bubbles all over the center were dry) and boneless Parmesan garlic wings that were DRY, the service was great as always – just wish I had looked at my order before driving back home!!! I may give them one more chance but I think it’s time for me to find a new piZza place!!

I ordered an order that took my money wasnt even in any system close to here, I called its 6/16/25 10pm . I just wanna say the lady who answered the phone super sweet very helpful manager on shift had me come to store to investigate, ended up taking care of me even though they couldnt find the order, listen I havent have customer service that good in sons long I cannot remember. They didn’t have to help me they could’ve done like the other stores i called trying to find the order one even told me to search an for an area code and I would find my order. This lady at thos Huntington papa johns on 5th ave she is golden.thank you so much.
