This is the worst and I mean the worst Little Caesars I’ve ever been to ever I’ve been to a lot of little Caesars in the Dallas fort Worth area and this is the only one that makes the worst horrible flimsy thin uncooked toppings cheese everything falls off every time I went in there and had a remake my pizza and it came out exactly the same as the original no matter how many times you have to make it they do not do their dough correctly they don’t let it rise and all you get is this flimsy like flappy pizza it’s it’s horrible it puts ashamed to all Little Caesars because this just this one particular one is horrible I have contacted corporate and form about it and a year later the manager still there and still making horrible pizza I don’t see how anyone ever orders food from there I live literally around the corner and it don’t matter every time you go is a flimsy floppy thin piece of pizza gross it’s disgusting and I was even told one time that I couldn’t have a pretzel pizza made with hamburger that I’m only allowed to order as it’s made which is ridiculous cuz I should be able to order a piece of made anyway I want to and pay for it and so do we denied to be able to get a custom piece of made is ridiculous Don’t eat here don’t waste your money there is a freaking awesome Italian pizza place next to where the Kroger used to be and next to Northern tool off of 30 Service road and Broadway it’s the most amazing pizza in the world and you spend is worth the money but they always have good coupon deals I mean their pizza is amazing and all their other stuff is amazing but not Little Caesars off of Broadway right there it’s horrible and when I first ordered there and had an issue with the pizza the manager even had the audacity to hang up on me she hung up on me so I went in there and she had an attitude try to refuse to refund my pizza and refused to allow me to inform her that their pizza was made horribly she made me a second one and it came out exactly the same flimsy floppy toppings falling off when you grab a pizza you’re supposed to be able to grab it and and it not just flop over it’s like they made a thin crust pizza but it’s like a runny liquidy squishy floppy thin crust pizza it’s horrible it’s horrible it puts the same to this it is horrible I have never had pizza so bad in my life and I’ve had some bad pizza but this is a horribly I used to work at Domino’s and I tell you it’s because they don’t let their dough rise they use old dough I have no idea but I do know it is cuz they’re a not letting their dough rise someone that doesn’t know what they’re doing and it’s that manager that still works here after a year later she is very rude and in the photos I posted with this I mean look at the pizza it’s horrible look at the breadsticks they were so much butter on it it was a big old ball of most dough I mean it’s horrible just horrible I mean you see the box and the packaging there’s just so much grease on there it was just I’m telling you someone needs to go in that store and replace the manager and teach everyone how to cook a pizza because no one in that place knows how to cook a pizza

One of if not the worst Little Caesars I’ve ever been to. Idk if they only hire kids but majority of the staff are childish and don’t like to work. I wish I had pictures and video proof of what they do in there but you never think about the camera when you need it the most. The service is just as bad and ordering seems like it hurts their souls the way they react and conduct themselves. I understand it’s fast food but I could do without the attitude, after all its a job, and I don’t disrespect the workers anywhere so I’d like to expect the same respect. If you have at least an hour for a hot and ready pizza, if you like attitude with your meal, or if you like making people hate doing the bare minimum their jobs ask of them, this is the Little Caesars for you.

My Name is Sally I order frequently though my Little Caesars App. Tonight I placed my order for delivery knowing I would not be home in time for dinner. Only to find out my delivery was never delivered. I called Driver and call was disabled I called Door Dash No Solution. However, I called The store located at 6018 Broadway, Garland and a young lady named Nataly was courteous enough to hear me out. She listened and confirmed my order and took the time to listen prior to making a decision and I’m very satisfied with the outcome. I was able to pickup my order and wanted to share my experience. I went here today to buy some Italian Cheese bread. My cashier was Luis G. He was extraordinarily polite and courteous. I had made several specific requests and he didn’t show any frustration and was smiling through it all and very graciously agreed to oblige to my requests. I was quite intrigued by his conduct, that I asked him if he was the manager. With a smile he replied that he is. I replied that I asked because, I wanted to say a compliment to the manager about my excellent interaction with him. He smiled, and I said “Well then, please continue to do whatever you’re doing, because you’re amazing.”. He thanked me. As I moved to the window to wait for my order, a lady who was also waiting for her order stated that what I said to Luis is 100 % the truth and that she came to Little Ceasars from Papa John’s which was a couple of doors down. She said the staff there was really rude and Luis was exactly the opposite and she was really happy she ran into him also. There are reviews that I think about placing later on in the day. But my experience today was so good that I’m leaving this review right after I got home. Keep being awesome guys!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5 EASY STARS FROM ME!!

My daughter ordered a pizza online and I picked it up on the way home. When I got home and got 2 slices, I quickly noticed how super thin the pizza was in the middle of the entire pizza. To the point that the cheese and toppings slid completely off the slices. I’m not sure what happened but I know pizza shouldn’t be super thin in the middle and thick everywhere else.
We will be back but PLEASE, make the pizza even so the toppings stay in place.

The stuffed crazy bread looked and smelled horrible. They burned them. I didn’t even bother to taste them. And the crazy bread stuck were soooo dry. They didn’t brush then with the buttery garlic. It’s like they literally just took them out of the oven and bagged them.

Things that don’t make sense. High taxes on low income earners, school shootings, having to wait 10 mins for a hot N ready pizza… If this is your main attraction it stands to reason you should have it going all day!
